Abbiamo soggiornato c/o il Turin Palace Hotel e per questo abbiamo deciso di provare il loro ristorante interno e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Ristorante molto elegante e tranquillo, personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Piatti molto raffinati e di ottima qualità. Tutto buonissimo. A fine cena ci hanno lasciato anche un piccolo pensierino da portare a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Bel accueil dans ce restaurant de l’hôtel TURIN PALACE. La salle est d’une décoration simple mais on s’y sent bien. Le personnel est avenant et fait tout pour vous faire plaisir. Quant aux plats servis, ils sont excellents avec une pointe d’originalité. Le vittelo tonato, le risotto au bleu, et pattes aux anchois sont de très bons niveaux avec une belle présentation. La carte des vins est intéressante avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Très belle soirée à refaire…

On the first evening, having arrived at the Turin Palace Hotel tired from the journey, we wanted to take advantage of the restaurant for a dinner that was nothing short of exquisite. The white truffle of Alba reigned supreme and we were happily subjected to the aroma and flavor sprinkled in flakes on the dishes. The price per gram did not influence us in the slightest according to the maxim "better one day as a lion than a hundred as a sheep". Magnificent restaurant during the week when the chef is there: homemade breadsticks, appetizers, seasonal mushroom dishes, agnolotti to die for, magnificent typical dessert ('bunet') and delicious little cakes offered... Jazz and felted; impeccable and multilingual service. On the other hand, the level drops suddenly on Sunday and Monday on the 'bistro' menu for hotel guests: overcooked fish and mediocre meat, accompanied by boiled vegetables that seem straight out of a bag of frozen foods. Picard... At 35 euros a dish, it hurts. Even the breadsticks were not as good! (clearly not homemade that day). Note that the very attentive sommelier offers beautiful wines by the glass (but without specifying the prices: watch out for a surprise! 15 euros for me for what turned out to be a Barbero and 10 euros for my companion's white wine ). The bill is steep, but only worth the price 5 days out of 7. I give 5 stars for those days. Sunday and Monday, on the other hand, it is better to abstain. To the wise...
