The dishes are decidedly uncommon, except for many of the appetizers, which are quite Piedmontese in style, and the portions are large. I found the first courses spectacular. Highly recommended. I went on a Thursday evening and it was quite empty. There was parking in the square, and I don't think I saw any architectural barriers.

We discovered Ciclocucina by chance while looking for a last-minute lunch. The atmosphere is simple and rustic, with great attention to food quality. The menu is simple, but clearly shows the quality of the ingredients and great attention to flavor. The peppers with bagna caoda (never boring) and the cyclist's spaghetti with butter and anchovies are memorable. Generous portions and a nice bill. The service is friendly and welcoming. Definitely above average for this restaurant segment, a cut above many of its counterparts in the city. We'll be back!

09/07/2026: A wonderful experience in the San Salvario area. The restaurant is air-conditioned (a very important aspect) and the menu is limited, which I really appreciate compared to the free menus at other pizzerias. I had a pizza with a stuffed crust, which was truly excellent! But we still weren't satisfied, so we ordered fried food for two, with vegetables, arancini, cresciona, and croquettes, all strictly fried. A very pleasant atmosphere with soft lighting and little noise, allowing you to talk and listen, which is essential. The service was fast, courteous, and precise. Reasonable prices and top quality! I'll be back!
