02/05/2026: An excellent experience for a midweek lunch. The Wednesday to Sunday menu is ideal: carefully prepared and generous dishes, with prices ranging from €16 to €28, covering the entire menu, from appetizers to desserts.
The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere in the covered outdoor area is unparalleled, thanks to one of the most evocative views of the city. The overall quality-price ratio is excellent.
One small detail: I noticed a slight difference in the size and comfort of the seats among the various tables in the bioclimatic area; greater uniformity in this regard would make the experience truly perfect, given the restaurant's exceptional caliber.
Overall, a highly recommended stop for those seeking quality and beauty in a unique setting.
20/04/2026: An absolutely must-try experience. Impeccable service and truly superior dishes.
I've attached a few photos to give you a better idea of the experience.
The salmon trout tartare was perfectly balanced: the raspberry jelly added a sweet note that paired perfectly with the savory fish. The tagliolini with Castelmagno fondue and truffle were extraordinary and truly memorable.
The duck breast was also excellent, perfectly cooked and left slightly pink on the inside, just how I like it.
A less positive note was the creamed cod: I found it lacking in flavor and a bit lacking in seasoning, as well as being overly loaded with salad and sprouts. I would reconsider both the plating and the balance of flavors.
The service was top-notch, even in the details: while we waited for our order, they brought us breadsticks and peanuts, and I found the stool designed to rest my phone very interesting, allowing me to enjoy the experience without distractions.
The visit took place in early December, during the Christmas period.
As for the desserts: simply delicious, a fitting end to the rest of the experience.
Compliments to the dining room, kitchen, and reception; I'll gladly return!
