Walking through the streets of Cuneo we noticed this small restaurant with excellent dishes of all types from the Venetian to the seafood with excellent exquisite dishes with a very welcoming and kind staff and with an excellent chef who makes the dishes extraordinary and this is finger-licking excellent restaurant to definitely return to

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the menu offered a wide variety of choices. We had fish, and everything was top-quality and very well cooked. We're from Turin, but we'll definitely be back, it's worth it.

Today we were craving fish: in Cuneo, we chose Piatti di Parola for the first time. The name chosen for this restaurant is perfect; in addition to the meticulously prepared plating, every bite of fish exuded authenticity and a truly unique balance of flavors. Went yesterday for the all-fried food evening. It wasn't my first time at Piatti di Parola, and the experience was excellent: both the quality of the food and the service. We had a great evening, thanks so much to the chef and the wait staff! We'll be back!
