The incredible meats in all their forms and the gnocchi with raschera cheese, which I still dream about, are dishes that cannot be described... you have to try them...

A restaurant nestled in the mountains in the province of Cuneo. The outdoor terrace overlooks the ski slopes, a 1970s-era atmosphere, and a bathroom that needs redesigning, at least in terms of size and compliance with regulations. There's no disabled access, and there's a single bathroom for men and women. That said, the food could be better, with mostly average appetizers, good first courses, and good second courses. Overall, it's a good, "spartan" restaurant.
The price is reasonable, the staff is courteous and friendly, and the food arrives promptly after ordering.

We actually only had a sandwich and a slice of cake, but even with so little I knew it deserved its 5-star rating. A UNESCO World Heritage site that deserves careful preservation. Congratulations!

What a wonderful experience! Authentic Piedmontese cuisine (and atmosphere). The service is very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. And a lot of it, for the price! We shared an appetizer and had a primi. We'd been snowboarding all day, but we really couldn't manage another secondi, haha! The tiramisu is also delicious. It was very quiet in the restaurant; maybe put on some soft music? All in all, I highly recommend going here.
