I had dinner with my wife and it was truly a pleasant surprise, from the welcome we received upon entering to the kindness of the owners and wait staff. The food was excellent, beautifully presented. We gave the owner free rein to taste the wines paired with the dishes and were truly amazed by the expertise and perfect choices for each course. We will definitely be back and highly recommended! One of the best places we've eaten!

The restaurant immediately strikes you with its refined and elegant atmosphere, perfect for both a special dinner and a relaxing gastronomic experience. The cuisine offers great Piedmontese classics prepared with precision and respect for tradition: well-balanced dishes, presented elegantly and never overdone. The wine selection is also excellent, with labels that perfectly complement each course and showcase the local flavors. The prices are fully in line with the overall quality of the experience. The only drawback: the service, which is a bit too slow and could be improved to make everything truly impeccable. Special mention goes to the panna cotta: simply exceptional, one of the best I've ever tasted. Overall, a restaurant that perfectly expresses Piedmontese tradition, with some room for improvement in the pace of service.
