05/07/2025: I was in Neive to visit this beautiful little town, and on the advice of a friend I went to this fantastic place, very nice and special. A very good sandwich, a very varied menu that also includes pizza, excellent pizza and excellent service, everyone very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: Il locale è molto carino C’ero già stata con amici e mi ero trovata bene Ieri sono andata con mia sorella e a partire dall antipasto fino al dolce passando per la frittura di pesce era tutto ottimo Servizio molto gentili e disponibili i tempi sono decisamente buoni ne troppo veloci ne troppo lenti ti danno il giusto tempo per assaporare il tutto Consiglio veramente di passare a farci una cena !!

19/06/2025: We are back here for the second time, again for our wedding anniversary. A wonderful place where you eat very well. The terrace is super with a fabulous view. The service is quick and courteous. The cuisine is typical Piedmontese but also Roman (the chef is from Rome). We ate vitello tonnato and raw meat as an appetizer. As main courses taglioni and cheek. As desserts the maritozzo and a delicate pudding. All good. My favorite was the maritozzo, because the brioche was warm and crunchy. We went there with the baby and the dogs. Total expense, including two glasses of wine and water, 160 euros.

This raised a number of questions about who the inspected business was. As a longtime customer of Trattoria dei Miramonti in Marsaglia, I agree with the owners' statement that they were not involved in the matter, that is, that they were not the subject of the inspection in question, as their integrity is widely known over many years of business. In any case, it would be desirable for similar cases to clearly indicate the name of the fined business, both to warn potential customers and to dispel doubts about other businesses in the area.

06/06/2025: Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di assaporare un piatto che, nella sua semplicità, rasenta la perfezione: le tagliatelle al sugo di ortiche con burrata. Fin dalla presentazione, il piatto si è rivelato un piccolo gioiello. Il verde intenso e rustico del sugo di ortiche avvolgeva morbidamente le tagliatelle, ruvide al punto giusto da trattenere ogni goccia di condimento. A completare l'opera, una burrata freschissima, adagiata al centro come una perla bianca e cremosa, pronta a fondersi con il calore della pasta. Al primo assaggio, l'esplosione di sapori è stata sorprendente. L'ortica, spesso sottovalutata, ha rivelato un gusto erbaceo, delicato ma persistente. Un sapore autentico, che parla di terra e di tradizioni antiche. La vera magia, però, è scaturita dall'incontro con la burrata. La sua dolcezza lattiginosa e la sua consistenza incredibilmente cremosa hanno smorzato la nota quasi selvatica dell'ortica, creando un equilibrio sublime. Ad ogni forchettata, la stracciatella filante della burrata si mescolava al sugo, dando vita a un condimento avvolgente che ha trasformato un piatto potenzialmente semplice in un'esperienza gourmet. Le tagliatelle, rigorosamente fatte in casa, erano il veicolo perfetto per questa sinfonia di sapori. La loro porosità e la cottura al dente hanno esaltato la consistenza del piatto, rendendo ogni boccone un piacere tattile oltre che gustativo.

13/07/2025: Alternative place...the barrels!!! We decided on the pizza tour and it was fantastic. Easy-to-digest dough and quality toppings. Impeccable service. Friendly and helpful waiters. Excellent bill.
