19/04/2026: I went there to eat pizza with friends. The staff was super friendly, Mr. Carmelo (waiter), and the blonde waitress, whose name I unfortunately don't know (I wish I knew) 😅 was very kind and attentive... we'll definitely be back. P.S. The owner is a wonderful person who even gave me a Sicilian gift that was greatly appreciated. Pizza? So good!

21/03/2026: First time at this very comfortable restaurant. Intrigued by the menu, we ordered the tasting menu and a few dishes à la carte. It was a truly positive experience. Each course offered a new flavor. The dishes were carefully crafted, and you'd eat them with your eyes first. A vast selection of wines. We tried the kefir drink, which was delicious. The waiter, Paolo, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. We'll definitely be back. A 10 out of 10.

02/04/2026: I went to this restaurant with a couple of friends over the weekend. I'd actually been there before in December last year, but after returning, I decided to write a review. What can I say? I found it absolutely delicious. I was thrilled with everything: from the food to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. For appetizers, they offered us a trio: scallops (they melted in your mouth), shrimp roll, and prawns with cannellini beans (a delight that you mop up until the plate is clean). For the first course, two-tone ravioli with shrimp matriciana for me; calamarata with peppers, and tagliatelle with clams and artichokes for the others. I tried them all and it's hard to say which one I liked best. For the second course, sea bream in salt with a side of puree. We finished with excellent desserts: tiramisu, gelato, and lotus biscuit cheesecake (so delicious). All accompanied by excellent white wines (a Sauvignon and a Fiano). I highly recommend it. You absolutely have to go and try it.

14/04/2026: A beautiful little corner in the center of beautiful Neive! It was a wonderful surprise in every way: the restaurant is excellent, with an extensive wine list and delicious options for sampling all the traditional Piedmontese cuisine; the rooms are excellent (spotlessly clean, spacious, and romantic). Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety and thoughtfully prepared. The service was excellent throughout, and the owners were very friendly! Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!

13/04/2026: Easter meal with family: prosecco as an aperitif with accras, 4 antipasti (gnocchi, ravioli), leg of lamb sorbet with potato, carrots, ice cream with strawberries, 1 slice of Italian Easter cake with cream, sweet wine, coffee and after-dinner drink, white wine, red wine, all for 50 euros, a treat.

25/02/2026: We stayed at the Albergo Ristorante Trieste in Boves and truly felt at home. The welcome was one of our strong points: the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks also to his mother, who is truly sweet and friendly—people who make you feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, everything was tidy and pleasant. In the morning, a generous and varied breakfast awaited us, with plenty of choice and delicious products: perfect for starting the day. The location is strategic for the ski slopes, very convenient for those who want to enjoy the mountains without stress. The village is also very welcoming and quiet, ideal for a true getaway. A simple place but with a big heart. We would love to return. ❤️

23/02/2026: A quiet, family-friendly hotel with welcoming rooms. The lobby area has a slightly British feel, the kind that makes you want to settle into an armchair in the evening, sip a liqueur or a whisky, and chat with the host (a delightful person) and the other guests. If you like meat, the restaurant gives a 9/10 rating. Private parking.

09/02/2026: Everything was truly excellent! New and surprising flavors, truly astonishing. Not your average restaurant, but a true culinary experience. All this is enhanced by a relaxing atmosphere and an excellent wine selection. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, with the owner attentively looking after us throughout the evening. Kudos to the entire staff! The photos don't do the dishes justice!

16/04/2026: After hearing so much about it, I went to lunch at Perlage last Sunday. A wonderful discovery! Upon arrival, the building's vibrant colors are striking, denoting taste and personality and instantly instilling a sense of joy. Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the owners who escorted us to a table in one of the rooms. The interiors are also very original and decorated! The atmosphere is charming and welcoming. Moving on to the menu, I immediately fell for the fried fish, offered in so many different variations, each more original than the last. It's a shame they didn't offer the "Big Bang," the version with Nutella sauce (!). Never mind, it'll be another reason to return. I had the "New Orleans" version, with Creole sauce and onion rings, and my wife had the "Acapulco" version with pico del gallo sauce. Both were delicious! The fried fish was impeccable: light and dry. Not to mention the originality of the presentation: the New Orleans is served "plated" in a model pink Cadillac, the Acapulco in a small sombrero! All washed down with a truly pleasant sparkling rosé, whose label I unfortunately don't remember. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the desserts, because after the abundant fried food, we didn't feel like ordering them. Anyway, the final verdict is: highly recommended!

The beauty of the site and its surroundings, the quality of the rooms and restaurant, as well as the spa and wellness center, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always there to meet your needs and make your stay as comfortable as being at home. 12/03/2026: I went to this pizzeria with some friends. The pizza was very good, with whole wheat dough and vegetables; it was thin and very tasty. I also enjoyed the tiramisu. I highly recommend this pizzeria. The staff was very friendly, and even though the place was very busy, we were served very quickly.
