02/06/2025: I found this inn by chance on Maps trusting the reviews. I found a really beautiful place, with a breathtaking view. The dishes that made up the menu were really good, the result of a home cooking but rich in taste. The owners are exceptional and exquisite people, kind and friendly. I found a true and sincere cuisine just like the owners, I will definitely return.

05/05/2025: We had lunch yesterday at this restaurant. Excellent food, a lot of attention to my allergies, a truly relaxing and clean environment. The manager is very courteous and welcoming. I chose the vegetarian alternatives and they were truly remarkable. I 100% recommend going there.

16/06/2025: We returned after several years, and I must say that the quality has not changed, indeed it has even improved, in a now very sad and all the same panorama of all you can eat at rock-bottom prices and questionable food, they are positioned much higher, relaxed atmosphere with good music, kind service, and spectacular food, excellent wine list and digestives, compliments! I reconfirm everything, we were in June 2025 FANTASTIC

06/06/2025: Hizumo Sushi & Sake stands out as the best sushi in Fossano, offering dishes prepared with great care and an elegant and well-kept environment. The service is good, although slightly overvalued in relation to the overall proposal. The rice, a crucial element for quality sushi, is discreet but not excellent. Despite the careful presentation and attention to detail, the overall quality does not reach the levels of real Japanese restaurants, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth for those looking for a more authentic experience. The prices, decidedly high compared to a rather limited offer, are not fully reflected in the quality of the dishes and the service. The selection of wine labels is remarkable, with some important proposals, but overall the quality/price/service ratio does not appear entirely adequate. A good address for those looking for sushi of a higher level than the local average, but not an unmissable destination for lovers of authentic Japanese cuisine.

13/06/2025: Good pizza, the service leaves a lot to be desired and the place is currently not suitable for receiving customers (renovation work in progress, it looks like a construction site, both internally and externally which poses a safety problem for everyone). It's a shame because there is space but it needs to be managed better.

12/05/2025: Credevo di trovare una pizzeria con giusto due o tre commensali visto che siamo in un paesino e invece entrando mi sono ritrovato in una moltitudine di persone. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza e l'uunica pecca è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare ma non poteva essere altrimenti visto la quantità di persone da servire. La pizza era ottima, ben cotta e molto ben farcita, inoltre era enorme e sottilissima proprio come piace a me. La consiglio a chi si troverà a passare da queste parti e se non siete da queste parti veniteci lo stesso perché ne vale la pena.
