12/08/2025: To celebrate my son's birthday, we decided to go to Chintanass. Given that they focused on the music I love so much, supported by some truly exquisite posters, we still had a wonderful evening with the extended family, drinking some excellent IPA beer and more. We ate some excellent stuffed focaccias, platters of local cured meats and cheeses, all washed down with plenty of cold beer. Since we're nostalgic for the place, when it was still a restaurant, I'd say it was definitely worth returning. Just going to the bathroom and seeing Hendrix for the men and Janis Joplin for the women already gives you an idea of the state of the art. I basically agree, and we'll be back soon because we really had a great time: thank you so much!

11/08/2025: We ordered two burgers and a focaccia. We were promptly seated, but the food arrived about 30 minutes later. The place was very busy (I didn't expect it to be, since it was Monday). We also ordered two desserts. We had to ask for drinks because they'd probably forgotten. The burgers were good, but honestly nothing special. The side fries were quite bland, which was a shame. The focaccia was very good. The music was loud, like in a classic pub.

15/07/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, excellent quality food, from the meats to the cheeses to the inevitable crepes! Both for the sauté and for the dessert. I recommend the pulled pork sandwich! Delicious!

14/08/2025: We ate very well. The food was authentic and unpretentious, and above all, the portions were generous and easy to digest. The staff were very friendly.

14/08/2025: Lunch on August 14th. The first course: spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper. Totally disgusting. Inedible. There wasn't a breath of air in the place. The rest of the food was acceptable. A simple place. The staff... well, nothing special.

12/09/2025: We went for dinner. The food was good, but not outstanding compared to other restaurants in the area. You can tell it's a hotel. It doesn't have the romantic flair of other smaller restaurants. The owner was very attentive. It's worth mentioning that you can sample the wine. The second choice was very well-suited to my taste. Overall, and again compared to other restaurants we've visited, I found the value for money to be rather high.

12/07/2025: Nice little place, good food... I was at a wedding, there was no air conditioning inside, it was scorching hot.

24/08/2025: Dinner that warrants an investigation by the Revenue Agency. Because there's no menu with prices displayed, the restaurant has the cash register in the KITCHEN, and if you pay in cash, you get a pat on the back and no receipt. As for the rest, it's a shame because we ate very well.

19/08/2025: Two nights in a row, excellent food, excellent meat, and not to be missed. Castelmagno ravioli and veal with tuna sauce are top notch. Good value for money, good service.

06/09/2025: I was "just" there for dinner. Perfect service and a fantastic meal with a perfect wine pairing. Wow, I'd love to go back!

30/08/2025: The Il Vigneto di Roddi Restaurant with Rooms delights with a stunning location above the hills of Piedmont and equally impressive culinary standards. The dishes are regionally sourced and exquisitely prepared – from the delicately seasoned Carne Cruda di Fassona to the sophisticated hazelnut-breaded Gamberi fritti. The Risotto al Castelmagno with nuts and coffee powder was an aromatic highlight. The matching Barolo rounded off the experience perfectly – authentic, elegant, and regional. The children were also lovingly catered to, with homemade pasta or chicken schnitzel with rosemary potatoes – without even looking at the menu. The staff impressed with their professional charm and contributed to the upscale yet warm ambiance. A place that combines enjoyment, hospitality, and scenery at the highest level. It won't be the last time we dine here, or perhaps even combine it with an overnight stay. PS: The sunset over the vineyards is simply spectacular – a perfect end to an enjoyable evening.

06/08/2025: It took a while to find the entrance, but then we received a friendly welcome. We had a wonderful meal. From aperitif to dessert, all dishes were exquisitely prepared. Highly recommended!
