Finally, a restaurant that celebrates the beautiful Po Valley, sadly lacking in worthy accommodations. A menu with original dishes, excellent ingredients, and original ideas and cuisine. An encyclopedic wine list with bottles from all over the world, with a special focus on organic/biodynamic wines, complemented by a clever selection by the glass that allows you to pair each dish with a different wine without breaking the bank. Worthy of note are the fried rump steak and battered asparagus in a shortcrust pastry basket, along with a fried poached egg.

Amazing to say the least. We had the local menu. I highly recommend it because every course, from appetizer to dessert, was better than the last! A truly unique experience! I recommend booking!

A private, clean, and intimate atmosphere in a small hamlet near Paesana. Discreet and helpful staff. Food served in appropriate portions at fair prices. The artichoke gnocchi are delicious. The tajairin with butter and leeks are incredible. We'll be back.

02/05/2026: We ate at the refuge, which we reached on foot. The owners were kind and friendly. The food was authentic, prepared with local ingredients, and the service was excellent. It's a typical mountain restaurant. A real treat: you can relax or sunbathe on the loungers in the adjacent meadow. We'll definitely be back.
07/04/2026: Family-friendly and impeccable. We'd love to come back!
