17/04/2026: Very good and tasty food. The place is well-kept and the staff are friendly. Service is a little slow at times, but not excessive. I recommend trying the shrimp and bacon carbonara, which was amazing 🥰. I'll be back to try their pizzas.

25/02/2026: We stayed at the Albergo Ristorante Trieste in Boves and truly felt at home. The welcome was one of our strong points: the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks also to his mother, who is truly sweet and friendly—people who make you feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, everything was tidy and pleasant. In the morning, a generous and varied breakfast awaited us, with plenty of choice and delicious products: perfect for starting the day. The location is strategic for the ski slopes, very convenient for those who want to enjoy the mountains without stress. The village is also very welcoming and quiet, ideal for a true getaway. A simple place but with a big heart. We would love to return. ❤️

29/09/2025: Very convenient location, a 4-minute walk from Piazza Galimberti (Cuneo's main square). Very good food, including artisanal bread and piadina. Extremely clean, with clean and fragrant bathrooms. Highly recommended for workers, students, and visitors for a quick lunch. The best kebab in the Kingdom of Sardinia.

05/04/2026: I happened upon it by chance on a Saturday evening, coming down from the Maira Valley. The staff was courteous, helpful, and very attentive. They also offered an aperitif while you waited for your order. We had both pizza and the à la carte menu. Everything was delicious. The desserts were numerous, excellent, and almost all homemade, and were served with attention to detail and aesthetics. Prices were reasonable, offering good value for money.

18/11/2025: A true village restaurant, sadly becoming increasingly rare these days. A 1970s-style atmosphere, home cooking, and prompt but simple service. The food is good and inexpensive, but if you're looking for a trendy place with creative cuisine or you fancy yourself a gourmet, please abstain. At Maresa, you're in the Alta Langa, so you eat what's on offer and drink the house wine, but that's precisely the beauty of it... and in summer, lunch under the portico is a delight. An excellent stop for motorcyclists and lovers of winding roads and beautiful scenery.

13/06/2026: A classic trattoria in the center of Bra. We need a place like this again. Really good prices for good, generous dishes. A simple, yet slightly chaotic, tavern-like atmosphere. Attentive, simple yet very efficient service. Virtually no wait. The grilled Bra sausage is delicious, and the Fassona tartare is even better!

13/06/2026: A true trattoria. Chalkboard menu, checkered tablecloths, a very welcoming place, and very friendly staff. We had to wait very little for our dishes to arrive. The prices are very fair and below average compared to other restaurants. The quality is excellent, and the portions are more than generous. Highly recommended if you want to try Bra sausage.

17/05/2026: Even when it's hot, the dining room overlooks the Babaresco vineyards, offering a magical spectacle with its sunset over the mountains. The food is very good.

16/05/2026: We went to the "Barbaresco at the Table" evening. The wine was the star, but the food complemented everything beautifully. The staff was incredibly friendly, including the chef, who came out to greet everyone at the table. A super enjoyable evening, I hope to return for the à la carte menu.
