15/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo mini ristorante, unico nel suo genere, dove la chef, ti accoglie, raccoglie la comanda, cucina al momento i piatti, con cucina a vista. Piatti eccellenti. curati nei minimi dettagli e che valorizzano il bellissimo territorio circostante. Un'esperienza da ripetere visto che il menu cambia spesso, su ispirazione della chef!

09/06/2025: We had lunch for my daughter's First Communion. Traditional Piedmontese dishes, well-prepared and plentiful. Outside, a space worthy of 10 and praise, with a playground and a large garden. Finally, the price was really competitive. Highly recommended!

11/06/2025: Vorweg: Ein Abendessen lohnt sich im Vigneto di Roddi. Vor allem bei schönem Wetter ist der Sonnenuntergang oder der Blick über die Weinberge hin nach Roddi schon fast unbezahlbar. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Weinkarte repräsentiert die Vielfältigkeit der Region - auch preislich. Schön fand ich, dass es bei den Barolos drei kleine Flaschen zur Auswahl gab (37.5 cl). Als Einzelreisender ist eine grosse Flasche halt zu viel, auch wenn man vor Ort geschlafen hat. Der eine Punkt Abzug? Nun, das Voressen (Tartar) und der Nachtisch (Zabaione) waren excellent, das Primo (al Ragu) war gut, aber das Secondo konnte mich nicht überzeugen. Die Fleischqualität war hervorragend, aber diese Mischung mit Chips und rohem Ei und Käsesosse? In diesem Gemengelage werden die Chips schneller zu Matsch, als man sie essen kann. Die Essenz, die Idee, was dieses wunderbare Stück Fleisch verkörpern soll, die hat sich mir überhaupt nicht erschlossen. Weniger wäre da sicherlich mehr, denn an der Qualität des Fleisches und dessen Zubereitung lag es nicht.

10/06/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno qui al vigneto di Roddi, posto bellissimo, il cibo è buonissimo e anche ben presentato, la cantina fornitissima è lo staff è molto preparato ed efficiente ma non invadente, consigliatissimo!!! Molto buono anche il gin tonic post pranzo!!

11/06/2025: Banally? A place outside of space-time. Concretely? A place that is good for the head and the heart. Smiles and kind eyes from all the people who give life to a microcosm that makes us say: "Ah, this is why it's really worth it". The feeling at the start was to say, but do you know what? The environment is so safe and familiar that you would leave your daily life behind and rediscover yourself happy with a flower in your hand. Thank you so much to you who make all this possible. 06/06/2025: Magical place. We spent here three beautiful nights and it was a true highlight of our holiday in Italy this year. The room was comfortable, the space available for guests - simply amazing. Breathtaking view from the hill! Food was good (there is still a room to improve 👀), and the selection of wines - noteworthy. The service was best in class - everyone was kind and helpful. Overall, really great time at Casa Scaparone. Very much recommended.

14/06/2025: If you are looking for a place to enjoy excellent Piedmontese cuisine, this is definitely the right choice. The welcome is truly rare for an environment of this type. Abundant, well-prepared and truly tasty dishes. Average prices. The outdoor terrace is also very nice, which we will definitely try this summer!

14/06/2025: Excellent local trattoria, a real surprise. Very good dishes, moderate prices. Good wine list. There is an external dehor on the pedestrian square. The staff is friendly and kind, possibility to pay with Satispay too. Super recommended

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

10/06/2025: We had been to this place a few years ago... and now that we were passing through... we went there specifically to have lunch because we had a good time and I didn't care if I had to extend 20km from our route... it was worth it... for the tasty food for the excellent service for the honest price... the waiter made me taste a local bitter that I didn't know... exceptional... I will buy it for home and let my friends taste it on special occasions... thanks 🙏

14/05/2025: Very refined place. Small but welcoming. Attention to detail. All together creates a super atmosphere. The dishes are super well-prepared and really excellent. Generous portions. The bread and breadsticks were excellent. Handmade. The plin filled with swordfish were delicious. For dessert I chose the apple sorbet. One exquisite thing. Never eaten anything like it. It was a very delicate cream. Excellent! I recommend it and we will definitely be back. I give 4 stars only because the waitresses, very kind and super helpful, started petting a guest's dog. I hope at least for a hand wash before serving the dishes.. in any case a hair on the uniform can always remain... not very nice to see, for a classy restaurant.

13/05/2025: Very good food, quick and concise service, excellent value for money, just the right portions that leave you feeling full, quality and above all taste sought after with particular but more than spot on combinations (squid stuffed with potato cream) more than recommended.

08/06/2025: Very disappointed by our experience in this restaurant, we often come from Paris to Carrù for the bollito misto, here nothing great in the gran bollito at 20€, 4 pieces of boiled tongue fight a duel with a mini sausage and a small piece of chicken, very few vegetables (4 pieces of zucchini), not the traditional puree, the tajarin is served without sauce, you have to ask for parmesan, the battuta ditto, you have to ask for salt, pepper and olive oil, and to finish the vitello tonnato is very discreet. The service is correct but very cold. To avoid!
