The Royal has been popular in Alba for years now. I used to go there as a student during my surveying classes; the owners are always very friendly and kind. Now it's a regular stop for my morning breakfast before work and my post-lunch coffee.

21/03/2026: First time at this very comfortable restaurant. Intrigued by the menu, we ordered the tasting menu and a few dishes à la carte. It was a truly positive experience. Each course offered a new flavor. The dishes were carefully crafted, and you'd eat them with your eyes first. A vast selection of wines. We tried the kefir drink, which was delicious. The waiter, Paolo, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. We'll definitely be back. A 10 out of 10.
09/03/2026: We had lunch there, choosing the tasting menu. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of preparation and product quality. We will definitely return.

03/05/2026: The terrace isn't exactly panoramic. The only plus is the well-stocked wine cellar. The service is like a bar on the outskirts, and the location is truly basic and in need of renovation.
03/05/2026: Super nice people. I got a table on the balcony. The restaurant was full. Thank you. Young people with fresh, local cuisine. Excellent, would gladly come again with a reservation.
