Beautiful experience. Welcoming and warm service. Innovative and delicious food. Very happy we stopped here for lunch. The charred onion with venison tartar was perfection. The veal kidney with cherries, onions and mint was another favorite. Highly recommend this for a cozy meal.

Truly excellent dinner at Il Nazionale Restaurant in Vernante! A welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and dishes crafted with attention to detail. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion behind the cuisine in every course. The wine selection is also excellent, and the perfect balance between Piedmontese tradition and creativity. An experience definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Kudos to the entire team!

I chose the game tasting menu, which, while not entirely to my personal taste, was well executed and meticulously crafted. The atmosphere was elegant and pleasant. Special thanks to the tall waiter, who was very kind and professional, and who helped make the experience enjoyable.
