Dopo un po' di tempo sono tornato in questo locale; il livello è sempre altissimo tanto nel servizio quanto nella cucina… La qualità, la presentazione, la location e la professionalità si pagano... quindi il conto non è certo economico ma nel contesto assolutamente corretto.

Everything at the top!!!! A journey through flavors and colors. The chef in his constant search for perfection, which allowed him to achieve the Michelin star result, takes you with him on his intimate journey through zero kilometer and excellent quality raw materials and through moments experienced in his growth without abandoning his origins . Keyword: A certainty! Recommendation for a trip in search of divine pleasure!

Posto sempre ottimo dove sentirsi a casa. Cibo ricercati ma non troppo sofisticato in pratica come se mangiaste il miglior piatto di casa vostra. Consigliatissimo.

Esperienza sublime! Location curata nei minimi dettagli pur mantenendo uno stile montano molto minimal. I piatti sono tutti tipici della tradizione piemontese ma rivisitati secondo lo stile dello chef Ingallinera. Il servizio ottimo, ci hanno spiegato i piatti in modo chiaro e semplice e nello stesso modo ci hanno saputo consigliare i vini da abbinare alle portate. Ottima esperienza!

Ci siamo trovati ad avere la prenotazione in questo albergo con ristorante e bistrot! Vista l’accoglienza riservata abbiamo pensato ad un posto “normale”. Però di normale abbiamo scoperto che era ben poco… ci sono arrivati dei piatti da favola, la prima cena è stata meravigliosa, la seconda pure con ospiti del posto che conoscono la storia ed il valore delle persone che porta avanti le tradizioni. Grazie!
