23/03/2025: Osteria hidden in a street corner, but when you enter you find a welcoming and warm environment; Simone the owner is very approachable and makes you feel at home, the staff is also discreet and friendly at the right time. Very clean restrooms. Lunch was spectacular, homemade pasta cooked with care, everything was tasty and tasty, the risotto was the highlight. The second courses were also very good, especially the chicken with balsamic vinegar. Desserts plated with care and generous portions. House wine acceptable. The expense, with what we ate, was very low and the quality was high. Definitely coming back.

30/10/2024: A Perfect Spot for an Aperitivo! We popped in for a last-minute aperitivo with our family in late September 2024, and I can’t say enough about the amazing service! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They recommended a delicious share platter (sorry, no photos, but it was delicious), and we enjoyed the biggest cocktails we’ve ever had! My Aperol Spritz was massive, and I could definitely feel the tipsiness setting in. The ambiance here is relaxed and cozy, making it a unique spot that combines a bar with a lovely selection of local jewelry for sale. highly recommend it!

25/03/2025: The rooms have been newly renovated. There's an elevator, and parking is available directly on site for a fee. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. We spent one night there while passing through and would definitely stay there again for a longer stay. The food in the restaurant was very good.

30/03/2025: An absolutely wonderful evening! The aperitif was already a highlight: delicious oysters and Parmigiana bruschette, which were perfectly prepared and of outstanding quality. But that was just the beginning! The fish and seafood selection was simply sensational – fresh, refined and tasted at the highest level. We were also treated to a fine selection of fine wines that went perfectly with the dishes. The hosts are simply fantastic! Your warmth and attentiveness made the evening an unforgettable experience. We felt completely at home and would definitely like to come back!

03/03/2025: I brought some of my friends because the previous year I had eaten really well in this restaurant. Unfortunately this time it wasn't like that. We arrived at 1pm on a Sunday after having booked the previous day. Menu to be scanned with photos of the dishes. Mainly fish menu. No asterisks indicating whether the fish is fresh or frozen, so it should all be fresh. When asked, the waiter confirms that it is fresh. Some dishes were already finished.. There are 8 of us. We take mussels Taranto style. Small, dried up, anonymous mussels, a sign of lack of freshness. On the other hand, the tomato sauce was really good! Seafood carbonara and seafood scialatielli from a pizzeria. Squid ink tagliolini with bottarga and pistachios inedible... ²The bottarga left a bitter and bad taste..it was probably not of great quality.. The seafood grill was passable. I'm really sorry.. I don't know where the place and last year's dishes ended up... Sin..

01/01/2025: A pleasant place, the owners are generous, sincere, ambassadors of the Italian dolce vita without artifice, they offer their know-how, their affections. We stopped by chance at the end of the lunch service time, in great lordship they agreed to serve us. We ended up returning there for the New Year's Eve meal, we will keep happy memories thanks to them, very beautiful, improbable and enriching encounters. Viva Caffeteria Aurora, long life. Long live Europe, long live Italy!

27/03/2025: La Baita is a small, welcoming and characteristic restaurant, perfect for savoring typical Lombard cuisine. I tried the polenta with mushrooms and it was simply delicious! The menu offers traditional dishes with quality ingredients. At lunch there are two shifts and the service is fast, with the waiters rushing to serve everyone on time. If you are in the area, it is a recommended stop for an authentic lunch!

13/03/2025: Excellent hut where you can have lunch along the road from Lanzo to the summit of Sighignola which, due to its view, RIGHTLY DESERVES the nickname of BALCONY OF ITALY It's worth taking a trip and stopping here. hut to have lunch... always fresh and plentiful dishes, punctual and attentive service, nice environment, average prices.

24/02/2025: Don't be fooled by the external appearance. Come in and you won't regret it! It is located a 5 minute walk from the San Giovanni di Como station, it is 5 minutes from the heart of the city. A very nice, welcoming environment. The staff is super friendly and attentive to detail. The service was fast and perfect. A very vast menu of fish, meat and pizza that will leave you spoiled for choice. We took a pizza 🍕, it was very good, thin and crunchy, well stuffed. We also had a scallop with porcini mushrooms. It was very tasty, cooked to perfection. The prices?! These also surprised us. With drinks, a beer, a glass of wine and a bottle of water, we paid just under €50.

04/02/2025: We only stayed one night but the environment and service would have deserved a longer stay. The triple room, large, clean, with all comforts (safe, stocked mini bar) and a large bathroom with window. In the bathroom there wasn't the usual kit with single-dose products but a refillable dispenser both on the sink and in the shower and even the glasses were made of glass.  A "plastic free" and anti-waste hotel. Well done! Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of products. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Enchanting location.

16/02/2025: Seventies trattoria with almost star restaurant prices. For two it makes no sense to pay €110.00 for two starters, two first courses, one second course, one dessert, 2 coffees and 1/2 liter of house wine. I repeat, what we ate was from a simple trattoria, nothing amazing.

26/03/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, kind staff. Refined food, also vegetarian dishes and the constant presence of sweets, especially the brioches that are difficult to find in bars after 11. The owner is professional and very friendly.

Angie is an attentive hostess: you feel welcomed and looked after even just for the midday break, for an aperitif or breakfast. You feel good, you eat well, the price is super correct. Highly recommended!

02/04/2025: Pranzo con la famiglia in un ambiente elegante ed accogliente, con personale gentile e professionale. Il cibo ottimo (il risotto con gamberi buonissimo!) e buona carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. La lunga storia di questo ristorante è evidentemente la prova dell'eccellenza che in esso si può trovare. Como la ricorderemo anche per il piacevole pranzo presso l'Imbarcadero.
