03/03/2026: It's a small place. I ordered the Diavola pizza, and it wasn't too spicy for my taste. It was really crispy, like a Roman-style pizza. My jaw hurt after eating it, maybe because I was drinking. The pizza and beer went really well together. The prices are reasonable and it's great! The owner is especially friendly!

01/03/2026: Pinsa is good quality, we've been twice. I dropped a beer and the vendor gave us another one. Good atmosphere.

04/04/2026: A school group looking for a good restaurant on the last night of their trip, we went into Hostaria Bruno and received a wonderful welcome. Excellent homemade food, attentive service. A little French, a little English, a little Italian—it was easy to communicate. We all had a great time. Absolutely delicious!

17/05/2026: This restaurant has a lovely, simple, and homey atmosphere. The waiters are friendly and approachable. We loved all the dishes—starters, main courses, and desserts. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The moka pot coffee at the end was a real treat. It's definitely worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back.

15/05/2026: It was our first dinner in Italy. I had very high expectations. We ordered polpetine as a starter and pasta de plat as a main course. The sauce on the polpetine was superb. The carbonara was the best I've ever had; I was so full I couldn't have dessert, but I would have loved to try something else they offered. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

02/06/2026: I had an amazing time here, after a morning walking some of the Appian way. I sat at the garden and had pasta, aperol and tiramisu, the food was delicious. Sitting in the garden was very restful and peaceful and also cheerful. It’s a cute family eatablishment, I was served by the ‘granddaughter’ who was super nice and helped me with the lunch selection. She also gifted me a pin, a picture of one of the historical monuments nearby and some orange ice. It’s clear that a lot of people who eat here are regulars who know each other. All in all much recommended.

05/05/2026: I returned on Sunday for dinner, and considering I'm a regular customer, I found the situation terrible. The dishes were halved in size and quantity, I waited a full two hours for food that arrived in bite-sized pieces, and appetizers ordered at the beginning of the meal arrived at the end of the meal after being asked first by the waiters and then by the person at the cash register. In the meantime, of course, while eating delicious food, we consumed several bottles of water. When we asked for the bill, despite our protests during dinner, there was no sign of a discount given the inconvenience incurred!! I don't think we'll be back again.

12/04/2026: Discovered this place by chance, exceptional, excellent food! I'm not a big fan of scampi risotto, but theirs is unique! The grilled calamari are delicious. I'll be back soon!

23/11/2025: Best Bombe in the area, friendly and professional. Also worth trying is the pastiera. Excellent choice for a quick lunch. Recently renovated, large covered space with tables and wheelchair access.

11/10/2025: We know this pastry shop because we occasionally come here on summer evenings for their donuts and fried stuffed bombe, which are a true delight. They've also recently opened a deli service. They offer three or four first courses, a few second courses, and a few side dishes: simple yet authentic dishes prepared with love. So we decided to stop for a quick lunch and the food was delicious. Spaghetti with clams or clams, caprese salad, grilled vegetables, French fries, and fried cod. Everything was delicious, accompanied by friendly, punctual, precise, and courteous service. The business is family-run, and we felt right at home here. The quality/price ratio is top-notch. It was a pleasant discovery: sometimes it doesn't take much to achieve a good result.
