23/03/2025: Very well-kept and bright place, welcoming and bright. The complete opposite of the service and treatment reserved, the food up until the moment the slice arrived at the table had been all in all sufficient but from a steakhouse/grill I expect impeccable meat. It arrived already cold, maybe eight seconds after the end of our appetizer and when we pointed this out we were also treated with condescension. We asked to have it reheated but it arrived even harder than before and still lukewarm. At the time of payment we politely pointed out our dissatisfaction and the response was: "none of the other customers complained". No discount, no apology, no admission of error, neither the owner nor the chef came to exchange a few words with us. Stunned we left and we certainly won't be returning.

A culinary experience between "gourmet" and traditional cuisine: a mix that brings you back to the "origins". Pleasant atmosphere with cloying landscape. The cellar should be expanded with excellent and more expensive wines! For the most demanding: there is great Expertise on champagne which, here in the country is rare!. The only note: the Customer, even if alone, and at an unusual time, must not be directed to a place that only He chooses in compliance with the needs and reservations of the restaurant. 17/03/2025: Upon entering for a coffee, I was immediately amazed by the beautiful floor mosaic with subjects from the Roman-era Villa in Piazza Armerina. The coffee with ricotta is gorgeous. I find out that Mr. Di Noto present there is an expert ice cream maker and pastry chef. I finally found a very high quality Sicilian place, there are also arancini and delicatessen. I will return for arancino/a and granita with Tusa sea water or simply with lemon.
