24/07/2025: A beautiful place, very convenient for its proximity to Fiumicino Airport. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds. The kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Maurizio, made all the difference in choosing this place. He greeted us upon arrival and explained how the property works. The kitchen fridge had water, soft drinks, and coffee available. Maurizio offered us a shuttle service to the airport. The garden is a great place to relax and even have breakfast outside...a truly beautiful place to see. Just steps from the canal, which allows you to stroll along shops and restaurants. I recommend the restaurant Maurizio recommended: Fish Take Away, which is on the long canal just steps away; it's very good and affordable. It's not the first time we've booked here, and we've never been disappointed! In fact, we always want to return! Thanks again, Maurizio, for your kindness; you make all the difference! I'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: Very good pasta. It is near the middle of the station, walking from outside. I'd recommend getting just the best seller, the trying food from other stalls.

30/08/2025: Savini Tartufo's meatballs were terrible, with bland tomato sauce and watery meat. Too many people, an unbearable dining atmosphere, difficulty seating, and difficulty eating. We went with high expectations and were completely disappointed.

11/07/2025: Molto bello e piacevole con manga alle pareti, molto interessante poter mangiare e fare acquisti di alimentari e bevande orientali. Abbiamo assaggiato un bibimbap che non era poi cosi piccante come richiesto ma comunque molto buono e un oyakodon al salmone non male. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Unica nota negativa il locale non è climatizzato ma ha un ventilatore

13/07/2025: Among the many mediocre cafes in Rome and the surrounding area, I still find this one to be a good place for breakfast. The staff is attentive and friendly, but at peak times it seemed inadequate. Prices are in line with the area.

09/06/2025: Ieri siamo stati in questo ristorante per la Cresima dei miei nipoti e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. Il locale è curatissimo e pulitissimo, molto molto carino. Personale e proprietari di una cortesia e simpatia unica, idem per la professionalità. Da mangiare tutto buonissimo e fresco. Ci tornerò sicuramente per una cena in famiglia. lo consiglio vivamente.

24/05/2025: neighborhood seafood restaurant at reasonable prices. You can opt for the unlimited buffet or an à la carte menu. Excellent food, exceptional value for money, exquisite staff, as well as the Maître d' and the owners. Recommended!

18/05/2025: Found us a table for 4 at short notice on a Saturday evening. Excellent from start to finish. Quality ingredients, imaginative dishes created by the chef served by his wife. We enjoyed anti pasta de la casa , excellent home made foi gras, tasty pasta dishes including scampi sauce with homemade pasta. The duck main was very tasty. Well selected wines. Very reasonably priced. The restaurant was filled with locals. Always a good sign.

17/05/2025: We stopped at this gourmet restaurant for our last evening in Rome, and we were delighted to discover it. An intimate place away from the background noise. Truly excellent cuisine featuring high-quality ingredients, such as the sea bream carpaccio with hazelnuts and basil oil and the foie gras with onion compote, were mouthwatering. Tender beef fillet served with mashed potatoes, cooked to a desired medium rare, which was perfectly executed. Excellent duck breast with two glasses of dry white wine to round off the evening. Go there with your eyes closed!!! The best restaurant we visited in Rome, far from the tourist traps. Even if the bill isn't cheap, your palate will thank you. Thank you for the welcome and the wonderful, delicious, and peaceful time we spent.

07/09/2025: Highly recommended! Delicious food and great prices. Four of us had lunch there after visiting the castle. The appetizers were really good. The sandwiches and porchetta were very tasty.

20/08/2025: Very good porchetta and quick, friendly service. It's a shame about the outdoor tables on the main road, but the view of the castle is beautiful. The bread is also very good, with lovely paninazzi. We tried both versions of porchetta, the classic and the red one, and while the latter is tasty, the traditional one is unbeatable. The chicory we ordered on the side was less good, I must say, but perhaps it's also the season. Definitely excellent for a quick meal, but definitely worth trying again for platters and appetizers.

05/09/2025: I ate it on the street at a typical street food restaurant. The chicken cacciatore dish was described to me as a poem. It was pleasant, yes, but the real surprise was the supplí. Saying they were amazing doesn't do it justice. I'll be back for a dinner based solely on supplí 😋😍

30/08/2025: I'm updating and confirming my previous review. It was and remains a great idea...and in the end, it satisfies not only the palate but also the stomach, without breaking the bank. Near Ponte Milvio, amidst a swarm of restaurants and little eateries, there's this gem that offers not the usual sandwich...not the usual pizza, but a pizza pocket filled with your choice of a traditional Roman specialty (plus a selection that changes daily). I tried the meatball with tomato sauce...exquisite (and I always ordered that to be on the safe side, Ed.). To be on the safe side, I also ordered a supplì (gricia style)...with water, the bill came to less than ten euros, which isn't even a drag on your wallet. The staff is young and friendly, and the service is easy, even for takeout. I recommend it, although I think the service (and the food) have become somewhat standardized over time, especially given the large turnout that its success (and the fame of its other outlets) have brought and consolidated.
