The tavern is located in the heart of San Lorenzo and is easy to reach if you take a walk in the neighborhood. The fish starters (not in the photo) were very pleasant, the fish balls were good even if not reheated properly (some were cold from the fridge). The first courses you see in the photo had a bad detergent aftertaste, even though they looked appetizing to the eye. Unfortunately it lacked that authentic fish flavor that I would have liked to taste.

Esperienza positiva da tutti i punti di vista: ambiente accogliente ma non pretenzioso, ampia scelta di piatti, buon equilibrio tra qualità e prezzo. Nota di merito per i carciofi alla romana e per la deliziosa cicoria ripassata.

06/04/2024: While this restaurant is in a good location, and the pianist gives a great atmosphere, we were set in the back garden, where there was no atmosphere. The food was okay, however my friend’s calzone was undercooked and watery. The bruschetta was also very average. My pasta was nice, however the wine we got served was of very poor quality. Service was fast and good. Overall this place was disappointing, hopefully they can improve on the food and drinks.
05/04/2024: Food was amazing and service is so friendly, recommended to visit. Waiters also give so much joy ❤️
