The host is a true padrone, so friendly and accommodating—the food is fantastic, the wine delicious, and the limoncello invigorating. 06/10/2025: We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hostaria Pantheon! Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I want to give a special shout-out to the team for their amazing service — they went above and beyond to make the evening special for my girlfriend’s birthday. I spoke with them to arrange a surprise, and they were immediately happy to help. They prepared a beautiful cheesecake with her name written on it, brought it out with candles as a surprise, and even sang to make the moment extra warm and memorable. Everything was perfect — great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely caring people.

06/05/2025: We stopped in this morning while passing through. Never was a stop more appropriate. Guys, unfortunately more than five stars is not possible but calculate each star at 10 each. The staff is not very kind but much more, but I won't tell you the ricotta and spinach ravioli, the fettuccine, the water and flour gnocchi... SUBLIME ❤️ You have gained a loyal customer. 14/10/2025: Excellent food, a lovely location, and super kind and friendly staff. I absolutely recommend it!

09/10/2025: I had dinner with friends on Monday, October 6, 2025. The place is informal, a bit understated, the service friendly and pleasantly informal. The food left me perplexed: the picchiapò was, in my opinion, too drowned in sauce, the baked potatoes too dry, the tiramisu was good but in Barbie-sized portions, the red wine by the glass wasn't bad... €36.00. I'll be back to find out more.

07/05/2025: Mi pareja había visitado este restaurante especializado de pescado y marisco una vez antes hace 12 años, así que reservamos la cena para nuestra primera noche en Roma juntos el viernes pasado, ya que estábamos muy cerca. El menú era fantástico. La comida era deliciosa - ostras, erizos de mar, pulpo, por nombrar algunos de sus platos. El libro de vinos era ligeramente abrumador con más de 70 páginas, pero elegimos un Chablis encantador para disfrutar con nuestra comida. Nuestros camareros eran educados, pero notablemente falta de calor, lo que era obvio ya que la mayoría de los otros comensales eran claramente habituales. El restaurante cierra definitivamente este próximo sábado, ya que el chef se jubila, por lo que cuando regresemos a Roma, nos interesará ver qué restaurante reemplaza a La Rosetta en este sitio privilegiado, a la vuelta de la esquina del Panteón.

03/10/2025: Every time I am in Rome I have to come to Perilli for the carbonara. Absolutely the best in the world. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great food where the locals eat, not a tourist trap. Away from the busy downtown but worth the walk. Definitely recommend.
