So great so fast and local for me

The food was excellent. We were 6 so we tried just about everything, there weren’t any “misses”. If anything felt worse, it was the desserts. But only because the previous courses were so good. What truly made the evening a 5 star experience was the service - we felt welcome and taken care of, but not pried upon. We were clearly sharing our starters, so the kitchen prepared additional little plates with all the dishes on top of splitting the eg risotto on two plates. This level of service is above and beyond.

Superb food and excellent fine. On the pricey side definitely but well worth it.

We enjoyed the dinner very much. The tartar was excellent and the carbonarara with truffle one of the best we ever had. Wine selection is very good. The service was very attentive.

The concierge and all the staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. I highly recommend anyone interested in quality cuisine with a touch of modernity to visit this restaurant.

One of my favorite restaurants in Rome :) Exceptional product quality, friendly service. We always get the tartare, and it's delicious. I also recommend the carbonara with black truffle 👌🏻

Excellent quality food, very interesting desserts too! The meat platter and the "Alchimia" dessert are highly recommended!!

A little bit far from old city center of Rome, this restaurant is very good, not cheap. We ate a tasting menu and 2 glass of wine Some of the dishes was very good , one wasn’t for my taste ( orecchiette) :( but the wine was tasty The staff was very friendly and helpful

We had a superb meal here two years ago. This time, somewhat less so. Is there someone in the kitchen who smokes? The "pre-starter", and our main course were both sabotaged with a heavy salt shaker. The fish, in both dishes was fine, but the vegetables were so thick with salt that you could feel the salt crystals on your tongue on the greens and tomatoes. Not what you expect in "fine dining". I mentioned both to our waiter in real time, and all he could say was "sorry" The wine list is heavy on northern choices, which is fine, and we like them. They were out of a local Chardonnay, so we easily substituted one from Alto Adige. A limited number of desserts, but our two choices, with different chocolates, were delicious. You can see into the kitchen, and the kitchen can see many of the diners. Hopefully, the message gets back to them. Don't ruin a well crafted dish with a week's worth of salt.
