06/10/2025: Excellent food and very high quality, given the freshness of the ingredients. I recommend the spaghetti with sea urchins, truly excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

03/10/2025: We chose to celebrate our anniversary at VII Coorte—a perfect choice. Just outside the tourist bustle of Trastevere, the warm welcome immediately puts you at ease. A truly beautiful location, with an intimate terrace furnished with simplicity and elegance, ideal for an anniversary or romantic dinner. The menu and wine list are immediately overwhelming with their variety. From appetizers to main courses, everything is delicious; the ingredients are of the highest quality (you can tell by the freshness and flavor of the crudités), the off-menu first courses are simply excellent (the ravioli stuffed with cacio e pepe in particular), and the roasted octopus is excellent. We skipped dessert because we were so full. A special mention goes to the young man who looked after us throughout the dinner, starting with the menu explanation and offering expert advice on what to choose. He was excellent, very knowledgeable, and friendly, but never intrusive. We've found our favorite place in Rome; it'll be a regular stop.

30/09/2025: I don't know where to begin describing this restaurant, but I'll start by saying: what are you waiting for? The owner welcomed us with such kindness and explained everything about the dishes and Vietnamese cuisine throughout the dinner (which we particularly appreciated, given our passion for Asia). We chose the €40 menu to try various dishes and then ordered some side dishes, such as the Pho, one of the best things I've ever eaten! The flavors are fresh and delicious, an experience we'll definitely repeat!

28/09/2025: We expected to find people from Vietnam cooking. We found Italians with great experience in Vietnamese cuisine. We had a completely new experience compared to what we had learned about Vietnamese cuisine elsewhere in Europe. It was a fantastic experience, and the owner was fantastic, explaining the origins and how to eat every dish we ordered. We tasted dishes from northern, southern, and central Vietnam. Everything was tasty and very well prepared. I recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting or living in Rome; it was a fantastic experience. We were there expecting to find people from Vietnam cooking the meals. We found Italians with great experience in Vietnamese cuisine. We had a completely new experience, compared to what we had learned about Vietnamese food elsewhere in Europe. 05/10/2025: The waiters were very hospitable and kind, and the pasta was excellent, perfectly creamy, and served piping hot. The atmosphere is super welcoming, with very comfortable seating! I'll definitely be back!

28/09/2025: I had dinner on the 27th...we only had 2 pizzas. The place was a complete waste of time, I counted 7 waiters, all of them blinding me, I felt like I was suffocating. Finally, I asked for a drowned white truffle, they brought it to me with chocolate. P, s I called to book, they can't find my reservation..., boo

28/09/2025: This restaurant was a great find! Not only is the pasta homemade, but the bread and desserts, too! Everything was delicious, with generous portions, fast service, and friendly staff! The prices are fair, we'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it!

08/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was a culinary disaster for us...if you want carpacio, you get a raw beef roulade and, yes, a thinly sliced ​​beef...The shrimp were carelessly unseasoned, served with no marinade, etc., on a few lettuce leaves. It was practically a pure taste of the sea. We had to ask for bread four times, and even for the salad, which was served without dressing, we had to ask for oil and balsamic vinegar...a real shame because the ambiance of the place was very nice...

The cuisine, both classic and contemporary, offers the chef's exclusive creations, distinguished by their creativity and flavor. Every dish, from appetizer to dessert, was a delight. ​Beyond the excellent quality of the food, a great strength is the atmosphere, with a location and decor meticulously crafted down to the last detail. Making the experience even more special is Andrea, the owner, whose passion and expertise make him a trusted advisor for a complete culinary journey. Finally, the wine list is extensive and well-stocked, perfect to complement every dish.

04/10/2025: A pleasant discovery, the place is truly lovely. I really liked the decor, the way the dishes are explained and presented, the menu choices were anything but predictable, and the attention to detail. You can tell they're passionate about their work. It was a wonderful experience.

17/10/2025: Amazing Poke bowl and udon Noodles. Beautiful Japanese food, quick easy and delicious. Dishes about 11 euros each.

13/10/2025: Food was really good, we had a sushi and an udon and both tasted really good, my only complaint was the portions are a little small for the price, we went in on another noodles at the end but overall good experience
