I made a mistake by taking spaghetti with seafood...it's not done in a Roman trattoria. The beans with pork rinds are excellent but a taster's portion 🥴 those who have eaten the lamb chops say they are delicious.

Partiamo dal personale: cordiale gentile di famiglia, laccoglieza è tipica di chi si tramanda da 3 generazioni una ristotaxione tipica. Il cibo è veramente made in Roma di qulità con materie prime selezionate. Tutto buono, mi sono pentito di non aver odimato la pizza perchè vista sui piatti di portata degli altri ospiti era sottile e ben cotta come piace a me... ma fanno primi secondi e antopasti molto abbondanti ed ero pieno! Fate qualche kilometro fuori Roma centro e chiamate prima per prenotare perchè i posti sono limitati. L ho conosciuto grazie ad un residente del posto il sig. MINELLO che ringrazio. Un caro saluto a "zio Gabriele" famiglia e staff, siamo stati davvero bene in un ambiente nel quale si rwspira serenità e ottimo cibo. Andateci a cuor sereno!
