06/08/2024: I went to this restaurant for a quick business lunch, a typical Roman city restaurant, without too many pretensions. Very standard cuisine and absolutely not high quality carbonara (burnt bacon) high prices, 1 plate of carbonara 1 portion of kebabs and 1 bottle of natural water (purifier water and not bottled) €32.50

02/08/2024: Solo parole di encomio per il Garden Ristò. Abbiamo festeggiato qui i 50 anni di matrimonio dei miei genitori nell'eleganza, la bontà, la cortesia. La sala esterna che ci è stata riservata è stata preparata con cura dei dettagli ma anche con sobrietà. Il cibo eccezionale è stato molto apprezzato da tutti gli ospiti, sia grandi che piccoli. Il Garden ci è entrato nel cuore dal primo momento e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia un risultato prezioso nel gusto e nella bellezza del luogo. Grazie di cuore ❤️

27/08/2024: They have menu in English. The pasta is homemade. We order a charcuterie board, carbonara and sea food pasta. Every dish exceed our expectations. The pasta was cooked to al dente and the sauce was creamy.

07/07/2024: Very nice place and a really romantic and pleasant atmosphere. About thirty seats, simple but varied menu with typical dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. Average prices: 1 aubergine cutlet, baked potatoes, maccheroncini all'amatriciana and 2 cokes = €37. Abundant dishes. Well done!!!

06/08/2024: Small restaurant serving typical African cuisine, not far from the center of Rome. I've been there a couple of times, and both times I was fully satisfied. The restaurant, especially at lunch, is frequented mainly by people from North Africa. There is a very pleasant convivial atmosphere. The owner is kind and friendly, very willing to explain the customs of his country and give advice on food. He made us feel at home. The furnishings feature photos and typical objects which are very pleasant to browse through. Very good food, often very spicy (you can ask for advice on less spicy ones); you eat exclusively with your hands, as per tradition, so prepare your handkerchiefs to clean yourself up!

08/08/2024: Great restaurant and services. I ask the concierge to suggest the best authentic restaurant in Rome. This was my first visit to Rome, and I wanted some great pasta. Needless to say I was not let down by this restaurant. The food was excellent, I was greeted with a warm welcome, very inexpensive and great location. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit

02/08/2024: The pastas are tasty, prices are reasonable and the waiters are very friendly! They offered us a Limoncello on the house at the end of the dinner :) The restaurant is in a cosy neighborhood with lots of locals enjoying their dinners. Highly recommend.

Spectacular food, courtesy and kindness of the staff and the owner Mr. Benito and, last but not least, a very honest account in relation to the quality of what we tasted. 19/11/2023: Passeggiata pomeridiana ad OSTIA e mi fermo per gustare un dolcetto sfizioso in questo localino vicino lungomare. Grande varietà di ciambelle e company gustosissime ma soprattutto servite express. Ambiente pulito e cortese. Ci tornerò un compagnia.

17/08/2024: Semplicemente ottimo! Cibo fantastico, forse si potrebbe aggiungere qualche proposta del territorio sui vini ma l'atmosfera semplice e curata, il prezzo ottimo hanno prevalso su tutto: da provare!

20/07/2024: Passo la maggior parte del tempo in ristoranti di tutto il mondo e a Roma non c’è nulla di meglio degli Ulivi ai Parioli. Non solo il menù e’ da togliere il fiato dalla bontà sopraffina, ma la cura della presentazione è di altissimo livello. Il maitre Matteo ha un attenzione per tutti e tutto, un magnifico savoir fair e chiedetegli di prepararvi la tartare di manzo… superlativa! Spesso c’è musica dal vivo, una bellissima atmosfera e…. Scopritelo da voi.. e non perdetevi la pavlova come dessert!

19/08/2024: Typical Roman pizza crunchy, very good for the type of dough. Starter of very good cured meats, cheeses and mixed fried foods. Cozy, air-conditioned place and very kind staff! Well done!

11/08/2024: Even if the outside isn't much to look at, inside there is a welcoming atmosphere, good food (excellent pizza), very efficient service, excellent quality/price ratio. Super recommended, we will definitely be back!!!

03/07/2024: Great tea, I've never had carrot cake so good before. The place is small, cozy and full of memorabilia that creates a tea room atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the prices are more than fair.

19/06/2024: Place that reminded me of the tea room rankings in London. It doesn't have many tables, but there is a characteristic mezzanine where you can find another place. Furnished with care and attention. The staff welcomed me and immediately found me a table even though I hadn't booked. My stars are mainly due to the tea. I ordered a Sakura Sencha Japanes Cherry leaves, which arrived in a large teapot but, after the infusion time, I could not remove it. Green teas steeped too much then become bitter. Well I missed this precaution since it is a specialized place and I take it for granted that they know the various teas they offer well. I would have had to drink just one cup without having to drink again because the leaves remaining inside continued to be extracted. However, I don't know whether luckily or not the tea tasted of nothing, the taste of the Sencha was zero and there was barely anything that could recall cherries. I thought it was my taste, but also two ladies sitting at the next table, who arrived after me and hearing them talk, commented on the same tea of ​​mine which they found almost tasteless the previous time. Now I don't know if the quantity of water was too much, the temperature was not adequate or the type of water used was not suitable for tea. Maybe instead it is the conservation of the leaves in large transparent glass jars which are not suitable given that tea is sensitive to light and air. Such a pity.
