Very authentic local restaurant (we were the only tourists)…. The papardele tram tram was the best dish of the trip (beating famous carbonaras)

siamo tornati (una mia parente abita lì vicino), ottima cucina, piatti tipici romani con un tocco di sud italia (per es. stavolta provate orecchiette con spada e melanzane) e originalità (per es. squisito strudel agli agrumi e interessante purè di fave), stranamente stavolta tempi un po' lunghi, prezzi un po' superiori alla media, ma il tutto vale la pena

Visiting this place left mixed feelings. On the one hand, the place is very nice and authentic with an interesting atmosphere. On the other hand, the quality of the dishes did not leave any impressions at all. The dishes from the "menu of the day" were clearly better worked out than the main menu, but still not exciting. The flavor combinations were weird.

Classica trattoria in cui mangiare cibo tipico e non rimanere delusi! Uno dei miei preferiti in zona! Vellutata (di ceci se non sbaglio) con verdure, come da foto, assolutamente da non perdere! Squisita

Trattoria ultra-trentennale a Roma. Locale da vecchia bottega di mescita vini. Atmosfera anni 50. Col tram che sferraglia sulla strada ma non si avverte. Il nome è un tributo alla consuetudine culinaria e a quel tram che esiste ancora ma ricorda un'epoca molto lontana e un po' sbiadita. La cucina è romana con forti influenze pugliesi. Le due cucine, pur distinte, si uniscono in un mix di pregio. I primi presi sono fettuccine (fatte in casa) con zucchine, alici e pecorino da favola, mezze maniche alla gricia squisite e molto altro di qualità. Per secondo prendiamo varie porzioni di antipasto: cicoria in crema di zucca, carciofi alla romana, puntarelle con formaggio. Tutti ottimi. In conclusione si esce soddisfatti per un pranzo molto appetitoso e dal sapore mediterraneo. Da consigliare.
