Perfect, both the food and the service. Highly recommended and far from the tourist crowds.

Absolutely amazing place. The history and decorations give it a unique feel. Our waitress was fantastic, unfortunately did not get her name but she made the experience unforgettable, very personable. Went for on Tue June 16 730 meal, it was empty but we were still treated extremely well.

We stopped in by chance, and it turned out to be THE MOST DELICIOUS PLACE WE ATE IN ROME. Be sure to try the homemade pasta with truffle. The pasta with anchovy and lemon zest may seem a bit salty, but the zest balanced the flavor. BE SURE TO GET THE WARM BREAD BASKET AND THE LOCAL OLIVE OIL WITH IT. The rabbit was amazing (tender and braised in white wine). I tried to find fault with at least something, but the dishes are simply 100 out of 100. After living in the Netherlands, our quality standards have dropped a bit 🥲I plan to steal the chef from this restaurant and take him to the Netherlands. As for desserts, the sweet and sour lemon tart has an amazing balanced taste. The tart base is incredibly delicious, and everything together is simply amazing on the tongue. The lavender crème brûlée is amazing. Bring your significant other, parents, and friends here. You'll experience a true gastronomic orgasm 🫶🏻

A traditional restaurant in a beautiful area of ​​Rome, just steps from the Church of Santa Prisca and very close to Parco degli Aranci. Refined decor, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service from a highly trained staff. The cuisine features traditional dishes, prepared and presented in an innovative and delicious way. Excellent wine selection. Prices reflect the setting and the offerings.

Had to close my eyes and smile while I ate. The food was amazing! I had the pulpo and pumpkin risotto to eat and the non traditional tiramisu for desert and it was perfect for one person. The restaurant itself has a beautiful aesthetic. My server was very charming and lovely. She helped me select a wine which was also unbelievably good! The restaurant is also less than a 5 minute walk to the orange gardens which were fragrant and beautiful with a nice view of the city. You can also walk down this path onto the bridge after which offers more stunning views. Lovely way to spend an afternoon. Will definitely return here my next time in Rome! 💖😍

Magnificent. One of the best designed and most interesting dining rooms I have ever been in. The service was excellent every moment from the time we walked in the door and on. Dining room is small and intimate. Food was excellent and the suggested wine pairing was as well. I couldn’t have been happier. Our waitress on Thursday 4/30 evening couldn’t have treated us any better than she did. I didn’t get her name or else I’d shout her out directly. She was the only waitress on duty that nights.

Even though I'm Tuscan, I'm a regular and don't like writing reviews, but I must rightly say that Apuleius is a fantastic restaurant!! The service is friendly, super professional, and above all, knowledgeable. The dishes are very good, tasty, balanced, and elegant. The atmosphere is particularly welcoming. You're truly excellent, I'll definitely be back. Congratulations, and keep it up!

Luckily we happened to come across this place for lunch while passing by, the ravioli and carbonara were excellent and the waitress was absolutely amazing! I recommend it!
