They're always attentive to detail and ready to offer the best advice. The food is the restaurant's true strength: the dishes are always delicious, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Their consistent high standards are evident, which isn't always a given. The wine list is also well-chosen and perfectly complements the experience. Hey guys, butter...real butter. The Prussian escalope and perfect cooking make this experience unique. Thanks to Davide, who chooses the finest meat for us, before the sun has even risen over Rome's starry sky.
