Fantastic experience! Refined dishes bursting with flavor, generous portions, and I was completely satisfied. The service was impeccable, the waiters were always available, and Daniele in particular was kind, attentive, and able to recommend the best dishes.

The Hilton Hotel restaurant, set in a refined and elegant location, is sure to impress upon arrival. The chef offers contemporary cuisine using excellent ingredients and undeniably original dishes. Finally, the service provided by the friendly and highly professional staff is noteworthy.

pretensious yet very humble food. maybe they changed the menu, but we had like 7 items to choose and that's it. all pasta is kinda vegan 🤣 = pasta + some vegetables + some buzzwords like creamy/truffle/blah-blah. pasta with tomato and cheese (pecorino 30 years!) is 20€ 🤣 taste is mediocre, lack of flavor, super blunt. i wonder what Gordon Ramsay would say

The service is attentive, friendly but never intrusive, making you feel at ease. My appetizer was truly lacking in flavor, the main course was better but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is refined, as "luxurious" as an international Hilton hotel anywhere in the world. Given the prices and the cuisine, I wouldn't return for dinner, perhaps for a drink at the bar; the cocktails are excellent.

Food is excellent with a nice tight menu so you know everything is fresh and well prepared.

Music can be better or just quiet but they offered excellent food with great waiting staff. It is a hidden gem inside Hilton where stayed for 4 nights and dined in every night.
