02/04/2026: We were looking for a late night restaurant before departing Rome the next morning and stumbled upon La Locanda de Nonna. Excellent service, some of the best food we had in Rome, and perfect for a late night meal.

22/02/2026: This Italian restaurant is very typical; I recommend choosing the dishes from the daily menu. The portions are very generous, high quality, and the service is excellent! The price is average for the area.

31/03/2026: The gnocchi alla gricia are simply divine. You can't find potato gnocchi this good anywhere else, not even in restaurants. The lady treats you like her grandson, everything is excellent. It's a shame it's a bit far from where I live, otherwise I'd go there all the time.

30/03/2026: Saturday night pizza has become a regular occurrence at home. And you can't order anywhere else except Disney Pizza! All the flavors we've tried are excellent, and delivery is always on time, in fact, almost always a few minutes early. And when you can't order here and go elsewhere, you can definitely taste the difference!

26/12/2025: I absolutely loved this bakery nestled on the outskirts of Rome. From the super-friendly service that makes you feel like a true Roman even if you're not, to the delicious sour cherry croissant, to the fabulous pizza and various fried foods baked practically on the spot. The prices are truly excellent for the capital. On my next trip to Rome, I'll definitely be back to visit this wonderful place.

08/10/2025: Excellent value for money at this pinsa! Special mixed fried vegetables. The pinsa is light, well-seasoned, and very digestible. They also have several burger menus, all of which are very tasty. You can also eat outside for six months a year. Everyone I've brought to this pinsa has always returned, not only because they were satisfied, but also to try the other dishes available. The ladies who run the restaurant are polite and discreet. In short, if you're not overly picky but value quality and tranquility, this is a place worth trying and then returning to. Roberto in the restaurant and Alessandra in the kitchen are two excellent, very friendly owners and managers, always available. Thank you for never letting down the friends and family I occasionally bring to enjoy your specialties. Alberto.

03/04/2026: What a fab little restaurant. Our host recommended this place and as a self-confessed foodie I was skeptical of somewhere I hadn't over-researched but this place was so great. We went three times in our week in Rome. Speaking to the owners, the dough is aged for at least 48 hours and the majority of their pizzas are fluffy like the Naples style rather than the thin Roman but they do do a Roman style pizza as well. The wine is well-priced, the staff treat you like a friend even when you speak terrible Italian and all in all its a fantastic place for local vibes, great food, and good drinks.

17/11/2025: Hi, it's been years since I've had gelato here, and it's still as good. I had a cone with pistachio, stracciatella with salt crystals, and Raffaello. Prices are a little above average, but I understand the area has become a tourist hotspot. I'm sorry for the girl at the counter, though; I haven't seen her as particularly suited to a job serving customers.

20/10/2025: I loved the food and atmosphere, and the service was fast, despite the fact that there was a large table (12 people) nearby. We weren't very hungry that evening, so we didn't order much; we had saltimbocca and eggplant parmigiana. But our favorite was the red wine, the Cesanese piglio. It paired perfectly with these dishes. The staff was very professional and friendly. I recommend it for a taste of Roman cuisine. I'd love to come back for the pizza and pasta!

31/03/2026: We went last Saturday with a couple of friends, whom they already knew. Oh my, so much! The pinsa was delicious... not to mention the supplì and other variations. Very cute and colorful place! Fast service. We went on Saturday at 7:30 PM and left the table around 9 PM!

21/03/2026: I've always loved this pizzeria, but after not going for a while, I've noticed a decline in quality. I found it extremely rubbery, a bit bland. Even the fried foods have gone downhill (especially considering the high prices, around €4). I don't know, but I don't think I'll go back. It's a shame.

03/04/2026: The service was truly outstanding. The staff was professional, attentive, and gave excellent food recommendations-every choice was perfect. The wine selection was also spot on; the three of us ended up enjoying two bottles of “Di Majo Norante”, 2019, from Molise, Italy. We didn’t expect it at all, but it turned out to be one of the best evenings of our week in Rome. Our waiter, Habib, was exceptional-incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived until he saw us off, he treated us with such warmth and care, almost like a friend. He even surprised each of us with a small gift (which was a very thoughtful gesture). My father had the tomahawk steak and my mother chose fresh fish - both dishes were finished and served right in front of us, which was a great experience. While both dishes were quite expensive, they were truly very well prepared. I had pasta, which was about four times cheaper than the other dishes, but it was still absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

31/03/2026: "Roma Caput mundi" It's easy to say that the capital satisfies you, it makes you enjoy your time. Rome is so much. If you want to reward yourself in the evening with a long-awaited dinner and you find the perfect place, well, then the day ends in glory. Let's now return to "Emilio," the typical Roman trattoria. Here you'll find the best. The place is simply what you'd expect when entering an osteria. Simple tables, a simple, clean space, wood-paneled walls, and paintings commemorating the passing of actors, singers, and celebrities who have dined here. The menu also respects tradition. Classic first courses, as do the second courses and desserts. On two evenings, we enjoyed pasta alla carbonara, pasta alla amatriciana, rabbit, saltimbocca, pecorino, puntarelle, and the inevitable artichokes. Rome on a plate! The cuisine satisfies! The recipe for each dish has probably been passed down for a long time, it is rigorously respected. Every dish is simply made to order. There you are, full, smiling. You've had meticulous service with attention to detail, willing to offer advice on culinary questions, and a very fair final bill. The restaurant, with all the tables always occupied, says it all... The icing on the cake is seeing elderly dad still checking on the guests as he wanders around, while mom does that in the kitchen. Our good evening was, "Thank you, we'll book for tomorrow night too." Hats off, guys!
