06/08/2025: This isn't my first time eating here. Last night, we were with friends and ordered everything from the menu, including the vegan options. The food was excellent, impeccably cooked. We were all satisfied, having a pleasant evening and eating excellently. The quality/price ratio was more than fair. Well done, guys.

15/10/2025: A wonderful experience. I won't share the names of the dishes I ordered, but I think the photos are self-explanatory. The final treat: the freshly brewed traditional coffee.
15/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. The interior is charming and appropriate. The service is friendly and efficient, and the dishes are fabulous, tasty, and delicious. The prices are also more than fair.

12/10/2025: Found by chance during a trip to Bologna, you can't help but return: very kind owner and staff, excellent cuisine with quality ingredients.
12/10/2025: Thanks to a traffic jam on the highway, we exited at Guidonia-Montecelio.
Googling, we found Erik, who welcomed us even though it was almost 2:00 PM.
What can I say?
Super!!!
Super carbonara, super gricia, super tripe, super beans with pork rinds, super saltinbocca...
And everyone was incredibly kind...
We didn't manage to eat the desserts, but they really stuck with us...
We'll be back!!

04/08/2025: Excellent ice cream, and almost all the flavors are lactose-free. Many, especially the fruit flavors, are completely dairy-free. Even the cream is lactose-free, which makes it a great choice for me, as I'm lactose intolerant.

21/10/2025: The place is very nice. A very pretty terrace. The restaurant is a typical Roman trattoria. The food is good, too. But the prices are a bit high.
It seems expensive for what they offer.
21/10/2025: While I was using Google Translate to translate the menu, the waiter brought me a Japanese menu and entertained me with his broken Japanese, which I assumed he'd learned from other Japanese people. I was surprised to see the authentic carbonara served on a cheese plate, but it was delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. At the end, I even had my arm around the pleasant waiter and we took a photo together. It was a friendly and fun restaurant.
