11/10/2025: Eduardo was our server and he was fantastic. He gave great recommendations and his service was awesome. We had the Tartar Di Manzo, Lo Gnocco, Ribeye Di Manzo and finished off with the Tiramisu. The food was beyond fantastic and would highly recommend.

28/03/2026: The relais is wonderful. The room is very large, clean, and beautiful. The terrace is large and overlooks the pool. It's a truly beautiful place to relax outside the city. We've stayed here twice and had the same room. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is one of my favorites! The food is truly delicious.

Discovered completely by chance, this place turned out to be an excellent choice. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, characterized by the typical convivial atmosphere of an osteria. Added to this is the fast and efficient service, managed by a staff renowned for their extreme courtesy and helpfulness.
The culinary offering is broad and well-structured: alongside many classic Roman dishes, the menu features some interesting reinterpretations and exclusive dishes from the chef, capable of enriching the experience.

09/04/2026: Giovanni was amazing! He was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The pina colada was honestly perfect — refreshing, smooth, and so well made. On top of that, the view of the Colosseum was unreal. Such a great place to stop for a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend, especially if you get Giovanni as your server!

03/04/2026: If anyone happens to visit Frascati, don’t hesitate for a second about coming here. This is one of those magical places where absolutely everything tastes divine.
We had fettuccine al ragù, saltimbocca, and tagliata semplice, followed by panna cotta and tiramistelle. We paired it all with a beautiful amber homemade Frascati wine.
The experience was made even more special by an incredibly kind waitress who, as if by the touch of a magic wand, transformed into a chef.
You simply have to visit this place. There’s magic living here.

Pasta al gricia, a la carbonara, wine "the dream". All perfect.
13/04/2026: We ate here on Easter Sunday after an afternoon at the Borghese Gardens. It’s a small 18 seat restaurant, and they accommodated our party of 8 no problem. They offered us some complimentary bruschetta, which was delicious as well as bread before our food arrived. Everything was delicious, but we especially enjoyed the lasagna and tiramisu. Like all places in Rome, they charged us for every bottle of water, but rather than asking if we wanted more water, they just kept refilling them, which resulted in us paying $30 for water. Other than that, no complaints and would recommend.

The staff was welcoming and extremely professional, accommodating our every request. A special mention goes to Diego, the dedicated owner, full of ideas and always ready to help. His immediate empathy made everyone feel right at home. If you're looking for an elegant and welcoming venue, Chalet del Lago won't disappoint.

05/03/2026: If you ask for the chicken half-and-half spicy, they'll go crazy. It's so delicious, and it's better than any other dish I've had since coming to Italy. The staff are all friendly and attentive, and I'm so satisfied. If I were in Korea, I'd go here every week.
After finishing my meal and ordering coffee, they gave me a coconut-based ginger dessert, which was also delicious. If I'd known in advance, I would have come here more often. It's a shame.
The butter chicken, chicken half-and-half, garlic naan, and plain rice (white rice) were all fantastic, not just average.
