I visited this place for a family event. It's close to the Cassia Bis exit, but it's surrounded by greenery and well-maintained. Refined, high-quality dishes are served with elegance.

The relais is wonderful. The room is very large, clean, and beautiful. The terrace is large and overlooks the pool. It's a truly beautiful place to relax outside the city. We've stayed here twice and had the same room. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is one of my favorites! The food is truly delicious.

I had the pleasure of staying at Il Postiglione for a week and the experience was fantastic. 🔹Beautiful location, meticulously maintained both inside and out. 🔹Rooms cleaned and tidy every day. 🔹Superlative hospitality: friendly and helpful staff, always ready to share a joke or a laugh, making you feel truly at home. 🔹Excellent quality food, a varied and plentiful menu, with great attention to food intolerances. There were about twenty of us, and I was the only celiac, but I never felt any difference in treatment: on the contrary, I received great attention and precision in the service, which is not to be taken for granted. Highly recommended, I hope to return soon!

Everything was excellent, the place was elegant and special, the meat was delicious...the chicory could be improved, not up to par for a place like this...great selection of organic wines...surprise dessert with sublime Vin Santo

29/03/2026: An excellent Frascati winery. The welcome and service were impeccable. The two ever-smiling waitresses led us through a lunch where every course was delicious. Every now and then, the owner would stop by and ask us how things were going with grace and cheerfulness. Definitely worth a try!
28/03/2026: This trattoria in Frascati was recommended to us. I ate a proper pork shank: large, juicy, and cooked with the patience only true chefs know. The meat falls off the bone like butter, and every bite is a caress to the heart. Highly recommended!!!

03/05/2026: Very nice lake view restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. I recommend it.
24/04/2026: A refined restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia, just steps from the port, with a veranda overlooking Lake Bracciano. I recommend starting the meal with an excellent glass of Prosecco from the Sutto winery, served at the perfect temperature, accompanied by their fantastic, fragrant bread, made exclusively for them and served fresh from the oven. Follow with the Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti with clams and perfectly creamed bottarga! The sea bass fillet in "acqua pazza" (crazy water) and the Roman-style artichoke, with that perfect hint of mint, overlooked by many lazy and superficial restaurateurs, are also unforgettable. The owner, Mr. Diego, has created an excellent wine list, always ready to suggest the perfect pairing for your food. Lastly, a special mention goes to the highly knowledgeable waiters, always polite and attentive, but not intrusive!
