Fantastic little place. Excellent food and service. Wonderful atmosphere. We arrived as they opened for dinner, and has the place to ourselves for about 30 minutes. After that though, they were fully booked up - reservation recommended.

We ate here twice during a one-week vacation. I can say with full conviction that I had the best meal here.
The cheese and pepper pasta was perfect, not too much cheese and well-seasoned.
Actually, this was the case with every dish we ate here.
The restaurant itself is a bit hidden. Immediately upon entering, there is a small staircase leading down. And the space itself is quite small.
But that actually contributes to the homey atmosphere.
Because of this, you can also strike up a nice conversation with other tables if people want to.
Furthermore, the service was perfect. Very nice people who want to give you a wonderful evening.
I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Rome.

When the chef is out taking orders and serving food - you feel like you’ve been invited to someone’s house. We ate there 3 times and we saw many other repeat customers. First get the tiramisu! The carbonara and the gnocchi were as they should be. The chickpea soup was something different to try and change from the typical pasta.
Authentic Italian food, amazing presentation, excellent service! And everything was delicious!

Do yourself a favor and grab either your lunch or dinner (or both) here. It's a tiny but super cozy restaurant, a bit hidden away, but so worth it. The staff is very friendly, and it feels like you're having dinner at a friend's or family's place. They serve one of the best Italian dishes you'll ever try (make sure to grab the tiramisu here too!).

My companion looked at his empty amatriciana plate and said, "I wish it would never end." I don't need to say anything more about the quality of the food! Small but fabulous place, friendly staff, and special mention for the pistachio desserts.
