04/08/2025: Dining available indoors or al fresco under a tent with hanging vines, etc -- very romantic. They specialize in huge, fresh white mushrooms as well as black truffles. We had the mushrooms, which are absolutely not to be missed. Pastas and fish completed the meal. Service was excellent and the wait staff swift, efficient and extremely gracious. The sommelier provided an excellent suggestion for wine pairing. All in all, a superb experience on a warm mid-summer night at sundown. We will be back! Just be aware, however, there are extra charges for bread, butter, still water (bottled) and a cover charge for the "tablecloth."

Il dolce… senza parole, una coccola per cuore e papille, che dire: una cucina che vuole rendere felice l’ospite, quasi come in un film, la cura, la cortesia, gli ingredienti freschi e di qualità, tempi perfetti, grazie allo Chef e a tutto lo staff, tornerò prestissimo 😉

18/06/2025: First time but, surely, it will not be the only one. Sober and relaxing environment, not very noisy. Very kind and extremely competent staff. Short menu, but full of surprises for the palate of those who are tired of the usual flavors. Here with the tasting menus you can taste from 5 to 7 courses, desserts included. Balanced portions, medium-high quality-price ratio, but it is the right one to savor quality and creativity. Too bad about the parking, but it does not depend on them.

31/07/2025: Very well-kept and beautifully decorated restaurant Excellent service I ate there for lunch with my family and we were very satisfied Excellent Lucanian cuisine, the attention to detail is very characteristic We ate the famous peperoni cruschi Cavatelli with sausage and fennel, mouth-watering And for the main course, beef meatballs in tomato sauce with eggplant, accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the owner (a very kind and friendly person): Aglianico Rosso I think I'll be back soon.

29/05/2025: We were lucky to have our Airbnb right next to this place. Although most of the nights we spent downtown, we were inspired enough to try coffee here and in our last day, we came for some chill time and two paninis. Wow, what a place! We really felt welcomed, the food was great and worth the money, the coffee was also tasteful and the personal was very very kind! Kindly recommend!

28/04/2025: It was lovely coming back to Gigant on my second trip, the food was amazing and halal. Fatima served us all 3 days we were there and she was very helpful and explained to us about the food. My father loved it too and he said thank you for the delicious pasta and seafood.

Great professionalism, elegant restaurant, excellent dishes, well presented and excellent raw materials. Our guests were very satisfied and happy, the lunch was more than successful! A special mention for Mrs. Rita who advised us well from the beginning on the choice of menu and organizational details. I repeat, great seriousness and professionalism.
