20/07/2024: Posto sulla bella terrazza dell’hotel Valadier con vista sui tetti di Roma, l’Hires offre una cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave moderna (ma non eccessivamente) con materia prima di buona qualità. Buono lo spiedino di seppie con insalata di finocchio ed agrumi cosi’ come il fusilline con spigola e limone e panure. Servizio troppo lento, prezzi non eccessivi in rapporto alla location.

17/08/2024: The best pizzas of our entire stay in Italy. We went there several times during our stay in Rome, we visited other pizzerias, much more expensive, but nothing to compare with the taste and especially the price. The waitresses were pleasant, helpful and smiling. The cook a chef!!! You can go there with your eyes closed.

15/08/2024: Awesome pizza spot near the Trevi Fountain, with a plethora of different options to try with fast and quick service! Pizzas were fresh, piping hot, the dough had a nice texture, and toppings were high quality!

07/08/2024: Discovered next to the hotel in Rome, what a shame not to have discovered it sooner, a very nice and very pleasant place, the Neapolitan style pizzas are wonderful, the ingredients are very good.

21/08/2024: Boneless chicken leg —— Generally everything we ordered was delicious but boneless chicken leg deserves the crown. We went here twice during the lunch time as it does not require reservation —— try to get there around the noon to secure a table. As a Milan fan, sitting in a restaurant with Rome decorations is quite strange but the food tells all. This restaurant is now run by the daughter of the ex-player and starred chef. She is super professional and energetic towards guests. Even though it attracts a lot of tourists as well, it keeps a great extent of the local atmosphere. As it is quite small, you can also see the cold cuttings and dessert preparation in the dining hall, which adds a little bit homemade taste. The only minus we had was that the waitress spilled the dish oil on my spouse’s white T-shirt.

Presentazione del piatto eseguita in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso una serata estremamente piacevole e appagante. Complimenti alla proprietà e a tutte le professionalità che vi lavorano. È evidente che ama il suo lavoro e si impegna a far sentire ogni cliente unico. Il menu di Ambrosia offre una selezione di piatti che celebrano la tradizione culinaria romana, ma con un tocco innovativo che stupisce. I sapori sono autentici e ogni portata è presentata con grande cura. Non posso non menzionare i primi piatti, che sono un vero trionfo di gusto, e il dessert che ha chiuso la cena in bellezza. 03/08/2024: I was there yesterday for a company dinner. Elegant place, large internal space and beautiful outdoor garden...really friendly, qualified and fast staff...everything we ate was good and plated with care. Unfortunately I can't speak for the costs because the boss took care of it....🤣🤣🤣

26/07/2024: Authentic flavors yes. Service OK. OK atmosphere. A good Japanese restaurant where you can consume the types and flavors of Japanese cuisine beyond sushi, which is not on the menu, except in seared form. After returning from Japan there are few places where you can relive the atmosphere and Tanuki is one of those, a kind of Japanese restaurant. Honestly, I was amazed because everything we tried was excellent and, as already mentioned, faithful to true Japanese flavours. I would recommend the GYOZA with lime sauce and the OKONOMIYAKI. The TAKO-SU salad is excellent. In the desserts, perhaps a little more Western, there are the excellent tiramisu and cake. We will definitely be back. Thank you for all the kindness to the owners. I think I wrote the word Japanese too many times, but I think the place is authentic
