11/12/2025: A truly beautiful place with a fresh, contemporary style reminiscent of the seaside. The staff are very professional and courteous, always ready to welcome guests in the most appropriate way. I was very satisfied with the first courses, including risotto with scampi cream and gnocchi with clams, and the second courses confirmed the excellent cooking skills and interpretation of recipes I had already tasted elsewhere, such as the sea bream with potatoes, which was tender and flavorful. I recommend it to anyone who loves an elegant, family-friendly atmosphere!

They have many appetizers to choose from, plus spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with scampi cream, plus coffee and tart.
We had the 14 euro menu.
In my opinion, everything was very good.
The staff was very polite and friendly, they made us feel at home. Congratulations.
I'll definitely be back and bring more people.

02/03/2026: The place is very small and basic, but that's where the flaws end. Excellent traditional Lazio food, very well cooked and made with quality ingredients. The appetizers are varied, including cold cuts, cheeses, tripe, liver, and chickpeas. The half-portion is generous. They also bring two tastings with the half-portion. I had ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato sauce. To finish, homemade baked goods. Everything was excellent, and I'll definitely return. Kudos to Rosy, but also to the village of Capranica, which is worth a visit.

29/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! The neighborhood might not seem like much at first glance, but once you step inside, you enter a completely different world. The setting is truly refined, with an elegant design and an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
The menu is excellent, with well-prepared and delicious dishes. Special mention also goes to the professional and friendly service, which greatly enhances the experience.
This place is definitely worth a visit!

Everything is wonderful, The Snug deserves so much success, and I'll be back soon, perhaps for an aperitif, along with my furry friend: because it's also dog-friendly! 20/02/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered an appetizer: macco with fava beans, chicory, and pecorino cheese. The chicory was good, but the macco wasn't very creamy. I wasn't in the mood for a first course, so I ordered a portion of fries. I didn't finish them; they were very salty. Then I ordered a supplì, which was good, average. For wine, I ordered a glass of Cesanese, which was disappointing.

09/11/2025: A fantastic experience. This small but cozy restaurant offers excellent traditional Roman dishes. The owner is exceptional, and the service is impeccable, with polite and professional waiters. The dishes are generous and reasonably priced. We ate a bit of everything, including the fantastic carbonara and rigatoni alla pajata, a specialty. Homemade desserts, and a truly excellent tiramisu! I highly recommend it.
