Ops! In Roma

Discovered by chance while my partner and I were looking for an alternative to the usual pizza. This place strikes the perfect balance between a casual dinner and an aperitivo. And the fact that it's vegan is definitely an added bonus, allowing you to enjoy tasty dishes without feeling heavy. The food is overall very good, with interesting and original flavor combinations. The vegan tiramisu, in particular, is truly exceptional! The quality-price ratio is also good.

A true gourmet restaurant for vegans. You choose your dishes from a generous buffet and pay by weight. The dishes are excellent, with a true meaty flavor, and the desserts are especially recommended. The price is average for a quality vegetarian restaurant.

Excellent food and wine, knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff, and spacious and comfortable outdoor seating. Neither my husband nor I are vegan or vegetarian, and we've often been disappointed by the vegan dishes: that wasn't the case here, everything was truly excellent. We'll be back.

We just visited Ops! and it was absolutely wonderful — found it through Claude AI, my favorite AI assistant, and so glad I did. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I’d been to two other vegan restaurants in Rome that left me a little disappointed — too much fake meat, not enough actual vegetables and flavor. Ops! was exactly what I was looking for. The artichoke salad was amazing, the faux cheeses were excellent, and the soy-based dishes were surprisingly delicious. The lasagna was off the charts — I actually went back for seconds. The pay-by-weight format is genius; you take exactly what you want and nothing goes to waste. The vibe in here is lovely and the staff is warm and welcoming. What a find. So grateful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, for vegans and all: everything is delicious, you can order as much as you want, there's a lovely, quiet atmosphere and excellent acoustics. Often packed, so it's best to book.
