I'd say it was an excellent experience. The three of us dined (my wife, my son, and I). My son and I tried the tasting menu (seafood), and my wife ordered the meat dishes à la carte. Attentive service, with prompt and timely service. Quality and sophistication, with just the right quantities. An experience worth repeating; you can see the commitment to offering something new and complete (without overdoing the pairings), and above all, at the right price! A rarity in the area... My husband and I attended a private cooking class at Patty Bistrot last week and couldn't have asked for anything better. The restaurant offers traditional yet extremely refined cuisine, and learning directly from the Chef was a privilege.
The class was not only interesting and useful, but also incredibly fun. We didn't just prepare delicious dishes, we learned real techniques and tricks of the trade. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-like, thanks in part to the Chef, an extremely knowledgeable and friendly person.
The icing on the cake? We enjoyed our creations in a private room at the end of the class. A very positive experience that I recommend to anyone looking for something special. We'll definitely be back.

A small restaurant with a surprising menu. Fish cooked with a touch of innovation. We ordered the tasting menu, which won us over with its excellent value. Fried anchovies, fried calamari, and shrimp were incredibly fresh.
The eggplant meatballs and matriciana were also very good. The dessert was a delightful conclusion. We'll be back to try the rest of the offerings. The service was attentive and friendly. We felt pampered, and that's saying something!

My husband and I have always known Patty Bistrò and return as often as we can, delighted by its unique dishes and the atmosphere. This time we returned to try Chef Marco's cooking class. It was as expected, a wonderful experience that we highly recommend. We were able to appreciate, even if only in a small way, all the work and dedication that goes into the final product...from the simplest preparation, if you can call it that, to the most delicate. All this accompanied by Chef Marco's precious advice! After preparing and plating the dishes, under his careful guidance, we were able to enjoy the dishes we created. On top of this, there was no shortage of the little touches they give their customers. Thanks again, you are always a guarantee!!
