Anyone who loves seafood cannot miss this restaurant. Its simple, clean atmosphere and extraordinary service are complemented by the friendliness of the owner and waiters. In addition to the menu, the owner is also able to describe the daily specials in great detail, making your mouth water. The raw fish appetizer is splendid and varied, including various types of cuttlefish and calamari, presented in attractive and elegant dishes (see photo). The first courses are exceptional (it's worth it when they serve the squid ink pasta, but not only that). There's also a vast assortment of second courses. Homemade desserts are also included. I highly recommend it.

An excellent experience in a small restaurant, but this allows you to enjoy good food in peace. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The ingredients are top-quality, incredibly fresh, and prepared with the right balance of tradition and innovation. Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. Good value.

I ate here for lunch today, celebrating our wedding vows with my partner. We started with the appetizer: delicious and flavorful mussels, fresh and well-cleaned, and the octopus was incredibly tender. For the first course, we relied on the advice of the waiter, who was smiling, kind, and polite, able to offer advice and be present without being intrusive. We chose tagliatelle with octopus ragù and tagliolini alla pescatora. Honestly... I would have been disappointed with the sauce 😍 And to finish, a plate of fried calamari and shrimp, perhaps one of the best meals I've ever had, crispy but not greasy or rubbery, a true delight for the palate. Lastly, the price was also very fair. We're very happy to have discovered this gem in Monterotondo. We'll definitely be back.

The cuisine is its true strength: quality ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and flavors that speak for themselves. From appetizers to desserts, everything is excellent and well-prepared. The value for money is also excellent: you spend the right amount, but you'll leave feeling completely satisfied. A place worth discovering and that will make you want to return.

The restaurant is very simple. We had a mixed appetizer of mussels and clams, two first courses, three second courses, and Sicilian cannolini. I don't recommend the mussels; they weren't very flavorful and were lost in the very salty lemon sauce. We enjoyed the first course with artichokes and squid, and the second courses (tuna and swordfish) were average. The staff were very kind and helpful, but overall, we won't be returning. P.S. I disagree with the tone of the restaurant owner's responses in these reviews; he should accept feedback constructively.

I went to Tana degli Amici to celebrate Ennio's 25th wedding anniversary. Friends had recommended the place to him, and I have to say they were right. Five stars, well-deserved. The fish was truly top-quality. I often go fishing, and you can taste it right away when the fish is fresh: here, it was absolutely delicious. From the appetizers with super-fresh oysters to the first and second courses, everything was cooked beautifully and with great flavor. I can't say the price because I was a guest, but for the quality of the food and the fish, I can say it's definitely worth a visit. If you love well-prepared fish, I'd definitely recommend it.
