I went to lunch today with my daughter. I know it, but it's been a while since I've been there. Anyway, the waitress, who isn't from Rome (and my daughter pointed it out), told me about 5 times that everything I order is made at the moment. Okay. Pasta with plain, raw sauce, obviously, at the moment, carbonara. At the moment, it was raw and hard, and I could taste the raw egg strongly, and even the guanciale, some pieces of which were too burnt and therefore bitter. (And just a note about the so-called "everything is made at the moment"). Good coffee!!

Everyone was very friendly and the drinks we had were fantastic. Shout out to Simon and Asif they were both very welcoming and helpful when we were there.

Had a delicious meal, very friendly service with excellent advice. Quality above expectations. We ate there for several days. As far as we are concerned, the best in this neighborhood.
