10/12/2025: When you go, you absolutely must try the cheese focaccia and farinata. The pizza is also good. The rooms, which aren't large, provide a more intimate and less chaotic atmosphere. Book well in advance.

I don't recommend the mixed hot and cold appetizers because they're very limited in quantity and, above all, very few samples. The first courses, however, are excellent and generously portioned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

08/12/2025: This restaurant was recommended to me, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The tagliolini allo scoglio were truly delicious, full of very fresh seafood. It's a shame the quantity of tagliolini was a bit small. The fried calamari was plentiful, tender and delicate, excellent. The only uninvited guest were the flies that kept us company throughout the meal. The price was average. I returned, and I must say, like the first time, I wasn't disappointed. Everything was excellent. Well done!!!

23/11/2025: I had lunch yesterday at this delightful restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you immediately feel the welcoming atmosphere: limited seating (which I personally love), an open kitchen, a spotlessly clean environment, and incredibly kind and attentive staff. High-quality ingredients, and—most importantly—seasonal. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were truly delicious and just the right amount. Not to mention the desserts: exceptional! Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: A restaurant in a somewhat unusual location (inside a building) but clearly visible from the outside, where the food is very good. The dishes are very carefully prepared. Prices are moderately high, but with The Fork you get a 20% discount, which never hurts. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: “A hidden gem… worth the line outside!” I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I really feel I have to make an exception: it's surprising that a restaurant like this doesn't have a line outside on a Saturday night. We're talking about a small seafood restaurant where the food is truly excellent: carefully prepared dishes, fresh, high-quality ingredients, and a cuisine that knows how to bring out the best in flavors. Last night, six of us were there, and we all left enthusiastic. We started with a selection of appetizers that alone was worth the visit: the standouts were the calamari cacio e pepe chips (original and delicious), seafood arancini, and a seafood salad that melted in your mouth—I challenge anyone to find a better one! Next up was an excellent scampi cream risotto, creamy and fragrant, and a mixed grill of fish that I sincerely regretted not photographing: plentiful, varied, and delicious, accompanied by a chicory salad that added a fresh, crunchy touch. The portions were generous, so much so that we adults stopped before dessert... but my teenage son managed to enjoy a tiramisu that he called "excellent"—and that's a huge compliment from him. A final note (but no less important): the owner/chef and his mother, who runs the dining room, are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which adds even more value to an already excellent experience. The price is in line with the excellent quality and abundance of the dishes. In short, a place to return to and one I would recommend without hesitation.

30/11/2025: A delightful Roman restaurant with a few modern twists in the heart of Mandrione. It's truly difficult to find fault: the cuisine is exemplary, with top-quality ingredients, bold and convincing dishes, very attentive service, and a winning price. Finally, after several months of trying to book a table (the restaurant is always full given the quality), we were able to appreciate the restaurant's authentic cuisine. The slow-cooked suckling pig is delicious, the Roman pasta dishes are magnificent, and the wine and spirits are excellent. The desserts, both traditional and otherwise, are also very good. The restaurant is small, with two indoor dining rooms and a few outdoor seats, where you can still eat in peace, given the area's heavy traffic. The location is spartan, themed after the restaurant's name, simply furnished but very welcoming. The service is very courteous, attentive, and helpful, starting with the owner, Federico, who is always present and knows how to immediately put guests at ease. Prices are commensurate with the high-quality slow food experience. Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: Mamma Pizza is close to my house. When I don't have time to cook or I'm in a hurry, I order cooked meals, which are always delicious. The fish, in particular, is excellent. The pizza and seafood are also really good.

18/11/2025: We went with TheFork, the fettuccine with ragù was good, the appetizer was a bit poor for the price.!! But it amazes me that we paid for the service plus bread, 4 mini slices, €3 each, that is, €6 service for 2. Then you get a €6 discount on the total excluding water. Three euros for a cover charge in an osteria is absurd, especially since I had to look for a waiter to clear away the dirty plates... and no one came for the second course and we left hungry. I don't think I'll go back, also because TheFork is a rip-off. I paid the discount with the cover charge 😡

18/10/2025: We were there tonight and had a wonderful time. We tried both meat and seafood appetizers, both rich and delicious. We recommend their eggplant, it's among the best we've ever had, truly unique. The first courses are delicious and the portions are generous. The carbonara is excellent (it's hard to find places that still make it properly), and the sour cherry tartlet is also excellent. The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. The service is fast, and the waiter is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommended restaurant in Genzano.

13/11/2025: I was staying near Termini Station and decided to visit this restaurant as it was close to the hotel. There were several other restaurants nearby, but I was so glad I chose this one. There was no discrimination against Asians, the staff were all friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the Margherita and Carbonara, and both were absolutely delicious. The Carbonara is to die for, so I highly recommend it. It was the best dinner ever.
