It was an unforgettable experience to dine here. Food was innovative and delicious, staff was kind and helpful and the wines were the best ones I've yet to have in this life. I would warmly recommend this place!

My husband and I tried the vegetarian tasting menu, and all-in-all I would recommend it. The ravioli filled with liquid parm was incredible; I’ll be thinking about that dish for a long time. There were some other stand outs — including the wellington and the bread! — and some dishes that fell a flat. The pasta with a strawberry coulis was almost great but needed salt/more savory flavor. The desserts, and especially the petit fours, were disappointing.
One other thing: My husband asked for a coke zero and the waiter said they were out. Like … this is a Michelin restaurant … go buy a coke!!!

The quality of the food is beyond question; situated in the heart of Trastevere, it is an oasis of tranquility; the price level is high, but still offers good value for money. The chef stops by for the obligatory small talk but shows no genuine attention or interest in the customer. So, that can be omitted. The service is experienced but tip-driven. We ate the set menu with wine pairings. We enjoyed the dishes; each one is memorable. The other guests were also tourists; that is the business model. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Perfect dinner! They gave us the option of choosing two different tasting menus (which isn't usually possible), allowing us to sample almost every dish on the menu. The vegetarian menu was top-notch, not a compromise for those who don't eat meat or fish. I dream about the spaghetti with roasted garlic and truffle cream! I was worried it would be a "difficult" cuisine, too complex to appreciate even for less experienced palates, but instead it was a great discovery. Last but not least, you can tell the management is female, thanks to the many small but precious details that made me appreciate this experience even more. Thank you!

This is our third restaurant in Rome with a star! Definitely the top one. Each dish is a showcase of flavor, which manages to shine through even with seemingly humble, yet not necessarily exquisite, foods. Sometimes combining ingredients or spices from very distant and diverse cultures in a single dish is risky, but the chef composed each dish to perfection. She even came to greet us at the table and explained a few dishes to us. A wonderful experience, exactly what you expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Completely satisfied. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends.

The food was exquisite, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely order the spaghetti! Very creamy and perfectly cooked. I couldn’t ask for a better meal. I am very happy that they serve à la carte.

I was there last night to enjoy the menu offered by Chef Cristina.
Everything was delicious; I was very impressed by the various pairings, all topped off by the attentive service of the entire staff and the welcoming, subdued, quiet atmosphere, complemented by delicate background music.

Chef Christina Bowerman is a genius when it comes to creativity in taste, combination of flavors and reinventing traditional (Italian) dishes anew. We have bin here a second time after some years and it is still superb. It’s a somehow a casual temple of top quality cousin tucked in a corner of Trastevere. The service is relaxed but super friendly. A place you shouldn’t miss. (Still, I might seem old style, but I would have preferred tablecloth instead a fairly good looking wood.)
