The risotto was really impressive and my partner loved beef tartar part of the meal. Also chickpea peanut bite appetiser and soup with scallop was nice. I had veggie gluten free set menu, my partner did meat one. The wine pairing was average. Really liked the restaurant vibes. I would go back only if I am craving for a perfect risotto.

Delicious food. We all opted for the veg tasting menu. Everyone at the table has to opt in , if you decide to do a tasting. Some things were just amazing and some were a miss. The chef travels to experience other cultures and get inspired. The truffles with pasta , as such a rich and decadent dish. The risotto like dish had a mix of peppercorns from around the world. The wine prices could have been lower to better match other restaurants. The mark up on them was unreasonable. A new creative experience. We enjoyed it !

High level dinner and service, as always! 4 stars as a sign of protest for two reasons relating to the reservation: the credit card request during entry and the email, 4 hours before dinner, with the text "If we do not receive a confirmation from you, we will we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.". I justify the request for the card as a countermeasure to the superficiality of some customers, but I really cannot understand the expectation that a customer confirms the booking by clicking on a link in an email received mid-afternoon: not giving much importance to the email. personal email during the day, the risk of finding yourself without a reservation made well in advance is very high and unacceptable. I hope that a less penalizing solution will be found next time.

Lovely experience, unique interpretations of traditional Italian dishes...the cacia di pepe was exceptional. We ended up having the vegetarian tasting menu which sounded nicer than the non-vegetarian option, although I wish we could have mixed and matched a little between the 2 menus. Service was excellent and friendly,my only complaint was that while it was an extensive wine list, it was too overpriced..with wines marked up atleast 4 to 5 times what you would pay in a shop( that too italian wines, I think that's unfair)

Molto buono , una stella meritata, un ambiente piacevole in un contesto, trastevere , particolare. Per uscire poi dai soliti e oltremodo buonissimi piatti romani ho trovato questo ristorante con proposte creative che hanno appagato le nostre aspettative, per prezzo qualità. Da sottolineare il servizio giovane , professionale e cortese . Anche il wine pairing più che apprezzato.

Cristina Bowerman is a chef without equal. His dishes play on subtle balances made of concentrated flavors and ethereal textures. The vegetarian menu is magnificent and I would recommend it to anyone whether carnivorous or not, with an honorable mention for the grilled cauliflower (with a miso soup infused with the fermentation of the cauliflower itself), the liquid ravioli with 60 month old parmesan cheese and the turnip top spaghetti. But even more interesting are some additions to the menu (requested by us or thought up by the chef) with the amberjack sashimi which also stands out thanks to excellently processed ginger and the miso and truffle linguine which make you jump on your seat. On the other hand, the baked products play on excellent textures and chewiness but in a different style from the menu. The wine list is excellent and the service is also very good. The architecture of the place is interesting. We will certainly return. Upon returning we confirm the opinion and add the linguine with crunchy mushrooms and the oyster mushroom to the mention. Now regulars at Glass's January 1st lunch, we return again and we are increasingly satisfied with the reconfirmed classics, new dishes and truffles. The new mention goes to the soy glazed mushroom with hazelnut ice cream and truffle which closes the vegetarian menu to which we are happily faithful year after year.

A unique experience. A total immersion in the most refined flavours. The taste is sublimated into an absolute dimension. The tortellini in pigeon broth and the pigeon breast with chestnuts and pumpkin are truly exceptional treats. The courtesy and refined hospitality of chef Cristina Bowerman complete the experience beautifully.

Das Restaurant liegt wirklich in der Mitte der Feiergegend Trastevere mit in dieser Gegend eher alternativen optisch schwierigen Läden! Umsomehr ist der Kontrast zum wirklich tollen Innenraum, sehr edel sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir haben das Degustationsmenue bestellt ( sehr faire 130.-) und aus der sehr großen Weinauswahl selektiert und los ging’s ! Die Grüße aus der Küche waren handwerklich alle gut gemacht- kein absoluter Geschmacksüberfluss : und das zog sich über das ganze Menü so hin ! Es gab dann eine erstaunliche Schüssel mit Pilz, kleinem Stücken Hummer und Hummerbisque, oben drüber schwarzer Trüffel- das Problem war, es war nicht schmeckbar, in welche Richtung es hätte schmecken sollen ( es war nicht zu „Ende“ gewürzt …) der beste Gang waren die Gyoza mit einer Art Sauerkraut drüber, die Canneloni und das Fleisch waren leider ebenfalls nicht zu Ende gewürzt und hatten keine Geschmacksrichtung! Der Nachtisch war sehr gut!

This was our first Michelin star experience and perhaps we expected too much but we felt quite let down by the end of it. We ordered the tasting menu each. The food: creative, most were mind blowing; although some were just mediocre. The dessert was to die for - I’m still dreaming about the passion fruit cream. The ambiance: dimly lit, was quiet when we walked in at 7pm but became lively from 8:30pm. We were sat on second floor so it was more private and dark compared to ground floor. The service: very formal but quite soulless. Towards the end we felt as if we were forgotten because our last 2 courses took half an hour to come out, whereas other tables had gotten theirs before us and we were there first. No explanation, no apologies. Would I recommend? Maybe. Would we come back? Maybe not anytime soon.

23/03/2024: It’s a little mistake. Nice place, service ok, but food…it’s not really Italian. Feels and taste like from market. Pizza definitely similar to popular manufacturer
04/03/2024: This place is great for coffee or happy hour. The patio is great and the staff is personable. I would not go here for top tier Italian food there are better options, but their happy hour and breakfast is worth the stop.
