Great seafood focused menu. The 10 dish tasting menu was fantastic, all dishes showcasing a different Italian speciality, like shrimp, squid, oysters, lamb and mushrooms. Great wine selection as well, and the service is great. The restaurant is in a very cosy area of Rome.

Our family spent our last dinner of the Italian trip here. Every dish was amazing, not just delicious, but also exquisitely detailed and layered, giving us a completely new understanding of Italian cuisine.

We dined at Giulio Terrinoni's "Per Me," in the heart of Rome, and it was a truly memorable experience. The restaurant immediately strikes with its elegant design and attention to detail, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is its true strength: visually striking dishes, made with the highest-quality ingredients and creatively presented.
The menu is refined and well-structured. We often chose to indulge in the tasting menus offered by Chef Terrinoni, which proved to be a true journey through flavors, textures, and ever-changing emotions. Each course tells a story and demonstrates a meticulous attention to flavor balance.
The wine list is extensive and well-selected, with quality labels that perfectly complement each dish. The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive, helping to make the evening even more enjoyable.
In short, "Per Me" is a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Rome.

It was recommended to us at the Melia Villa Agrippina, and they weren't wrong. It was a great find, very centrally located. We had a fantastic meal; the chef has a Michelin star. Each dish was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We booked with the idea of treating ourselves to a special occasion for our wedding anniversary, and the choice couldn't have been better. We opted for the five-course menu and added the "marbonara" (that's what I named it!) to complete an outstanding dinner. The wine pairing was a perfect choice, and Giulio's (the chef's) visit to say hello at the end of the service was the touch that made all the difference. A well-deserved Michelin star. Here's to continued success for PER ME et per me!

My first Michelin-starred dinner experience. It was a gift from my sister, and I'll have wonderful memories of this evening. We opted for a 10-course tasting menu, and every dish was an explosion of flavor. The plating is meticulously crafted, the wait staff is professional and relaxed, and the chef's visit to our table was very welcome. We were served 10 courses, plus bread and focaccia, plus a dessert tasting, and by the end of the dinner, we were full and satisfied.

I went for dinner on Sunday. Given the type of restaurant and the bill, I can't tolerate simple mistakes. I order wine from the menu, the first course arrives, and I have to ask for the wine because it hadn't been brought yet. It doesn't arrive immediately... it will arrive with the second course. One course, the red mullet was overcooked and the skin wasn't crispy. I asked for the cooking method and was told it was cooked to ensure the skin is crispy. The most disappointing part was the desserts. They weren't up to par. I'm not questioning the quality of the ingredients; perhaps I just had a bad night.

An unforgettable culinary experience. A journey through flavors. As Chef Giulio Terrinoni himself says, Michelin-starred restaurants are the pinnacle of cuisine. I agree!
