Each dish exudes a touch of tradition—perfectly cooked fresh pasta, flavorful homemade sauces, and quality ingredients. You can tell everything is made with love and expertise. The setting is warm, the service attentive without being overbearing, and above all: the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. A must-visit for anyone who wants to taste authentic Roman cuisine without breaking the bank. I'll definitely go back!

06/07/2025: ***Revised from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Elda at the front desk reaching out to apologize! While we waited for a cab to take us to an evening event. Scheduled additional night after our tour group, 8 of us in 3 rooms. They made us change rooms. The desk agents, and manager told us come back after lunch and your bags will be moved for you into your new rooms and your rooms will be ready. returned after 1p, no rooms weren't ready, waited in the lobby, as one room at a time was prepared, first room was ready about 1:45p. Second at 2:10, third around 2:40. No apologies, no concessions.

14/06/2025: My wife and I were on vacation to Rome and we saw videos of this restaurant on TikTok. We had to check it out and we had a great time. The owner is great, very attentive, and has a great sense of humor. We felt a true experience here. 10/10 recommend.

10/06/2025: Trattoria Osti matti offers you a warm and welcoming environment to eat. The very friendly Host entertains and amuses you during the culinary experience with funny jokes and stories. Well, as for the food, it was truly superb and excellent; I recommend the shin and the ravioli and the desserts (all perfect). Absolutely affordable price for the quality of the food and wine tasted I believe that 5 stars are the only logical option for this quiet and appreciated Osteria that allows you to resurrect that feeling of "home" from your grandmother.

28/06/2025: IT WAS AMAZING! ! The service was really fast, everyone was so nice, the plates were the right size so we were able to try the deserts (which were awesome too of course). It's definitely a must go if you're in Roma! (Thanks again for everything! :] )

09/06/2025: Delicious food and great waiter service - full professionalism and cordial approach to guests. The tuna deserves special mention - the best I've ever eaten in my life! All fish is fresh, high quality, melts in your mouth. You can see that the cuisine is based on great products and attention to every detail. Definitely a place to come back to! 🍣👏

01/06/2025: Needed a quick lunch after a longer car ride. Dropped into MAGA more of convenience of distance than evaluation of its offering. A very positive surprise of fresh produce, perfect preparation and pleasant presentation. So it was much more than a quick lunch. Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: 7th day in Italy, and this is my favorite ristorante so far. Late evening and the staff is still refreshingly friendly :) great pasta, steak and sea bass, entire family ate well. Fresh strawberries and vanilla custard (crema?) for dessert, so good!

30/06/2025: Too bad I didn't get a picture! Extensive vegan buffet in a cool atmosphere packed with locals who were clearly enthusiastic about the cuisine, and with good reason! Definitely a gem in the Rome vegan scene.

29/06/2025: Small but cozy place, they serve a vegetarian buffet, you weigh the dish and pay for what is on your plate which ranges from 20 to 30 €. I discovered this place thanks to a friend, it was a nice discovery I must say. All the food was quite good, but one thing was probably out of my taste but in general very good. Good but probably the price a little high in my opinion but probably for vegetarians it is worth it, I am not vegetarian but I liked it🙌🏼😊 oh and the staff very kind and welcoming.
