11/06/2025: Reservamos para cenar en Bistro 64 porque habíamos visto la visita de Stanley Tucci allí en su serie 'Sabor de Italia'. Llegamos a cenar y fuimos recibidos por Andre, nuestro anfitrión para la noche. Él sugirió un hermoso vaso de luz de color blanco brillante, mientras revisábamos el menú y tomamos una decisión sobre nuestra experiencia gastronómica para la noche. Decidimos probar el menú degustación 'Evolution' con vinos a juego. Andre y el equipo nos cuidaron increíblemente, sacando cada plato en un ritmo bien ritmo, junto con algunos platos de degustación suplementarios que no forman parte de la degustación. Probamos vinos que nunca habríamos experimentado en otros lugares, y la comida era simplemente sensacional. Cada plato fue una explosión de sabor, textura, perfección visual y simplemente delicia. Podías ver, oler y saborear el cuidado y precisión que el Chef había puesto en cada plato. Nos encantó cada segundo. No podríamos recomendar esta experiencia lo suficientemente alto. Vinimos desde Australia para probar este restaurante, y viajaríamos de vuelta solo para comer allí de nuevo. Gracias Chef, Andre y el equipo de Bistro 64 por una experiencia verdaderamente bella.

26/05/2025: I'll start by saying that it's not a particularly cheap pub (average beer 6€, drinks 7€, coke/soft drinks 4€, brutal) but I go there a lot. It has a very nice and large outdoor area that is always full of people. It's open almost every night until about 2am. There's an almost magical atmosphere and if you go there with the right people it becomes a favorite place. They show a lot of matches and if you're from the neighborhood you'll definitely find some familiar faces. The bathrooms are disgusting unfortunately but when it's time to pee you're so drunk that you don't notice the pee on the floor and walls. Dogs are allowed and often in the middle of the boxes. I highly recommend it Great down under

01/07/2025: Great place for ice cream. We were walking around Rome at around 10pm stopped by this gem. We notice a lot of people stopping by this shop. We walked it to cool off in the summer about 85 degrees with high humidity. They were open late and staff were very attentive and friendly. Many options available.

30/06/2025: In Argentina, we have great quality ice cream, but Sweet Life's ice cream was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended if you're in Roma; the staff is very warm and friendly. We'll be back.

09/06/2025: Although the reviews are high, I can say that the pizzas did not meet expectations. The price for a slice of pizza is €3.50, there are similar flavors nearby for €2.50.

11/06/2025: I made a reservation at The Fork and got a 20% discount! The waiters were super friendly~~~ The appetizers they gave us as a service had really tasty basil sauce. We had the artichoke lamb and shrimp carbonara and they were so delicious that we added cheese and pepper pasta! The cheese pepper pasta is a bit salty, so keep that in mind~ We like salty food and the pepper was so delicious that we were satisfied!! The pistachio dessert was also sprinkled with salt on top, so it was sweet and salty and fantastic! It was really delicious! It came to 66 euros including the water bottle. Lamb: Highly recommended!!! Shrimp carbonara: Recommended (Biscuit pasta flavor) Cheese pepper pasta: If you like salty food, try Churai Pistachio ice cream: Highly recommended!!

28/06/2025: ~ Couple, 25 years old, France 🇫🇷 ~ We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking online. After multiple disappointments with highly rated restaurants with many reviews, we were a little hesitant. To put it simply: everything was perfect. Honestly, it was the best restaurant we ate at in Rome in four days. To tell you the truth, we often criticized people who returned to the same restaurant during a stay… We went back a second time on our last night. The service was perfect; you felt like a family was taking care of you. They were friendly (which is quite rare in Rome), gave good advice, and didn't push you to buy anything. The atmosphere is really nice, in a small alleyway away from the hustle and bustle, with very nice little fairy lights. The food is truly excellent, prepared while remaining classic Italian, and very reasonably priced! We highly recommend this restaurant. The thoughtful touches, kindness, and warmth are all there. Go there with your eyes closed, as French people love to eat and be treated properly (not always the case in Italy). A few culinary tips: The carbonara was the best we've eaten in Italy. Please try the mushroom molpette; we really went back the second time, largely for this dish. P.S.: Call them directly; they'll find you a table, even if it's not available online. 28/06/2025: Had an overall good experience for dinner, to start service was good and the waitstaff are kind, friendly, attentive and speak multiple languages. We really enjoyed the secondi of lamb with white wine sauce and the mussels with tomato, beans, and toasted bread. The mussels were fresh, the broth had a great flavor, and the portion was generous . The lamb was of good quality and the white wine sauce was simple but delicious and well balanced. Points of improvement: Lots of seafood dishes had cheese in them which I don’t think is generally accepted by Italians and probably wouldn’t work so well. we didn’t like the swordfish and tomato pasta (we ordered it without cheese) it was very bland and the tomatoes didn’t have that much flavor (unlike the mussels’ tomato broth) it was also under salted and the portion was quite small. The portion of bread didn’t come with olive oil but upon request I got some, the oil didn’t have that much flavor, Monini is much better for example. Overall I would definitely come back for the quality of the service and the quality of the secondi.

22/06/2025: We just the most amazing experience with our host Rosana at Sgarro Bistrot!! The food was fabulous, and hands down, the most amazing entree with the Mezze Maniche Amatriciana. Absolutely to die for, obviously made with love, the best food in Rome! We will be back!! Thank you! ❤️

22/06/2025: This is a hidden gem! Delicious food, very generous portions, but above all, a warm and family-like service: they were super attentive, taking care of every detail and engaging in very friendly conversation. Highly recommended!!!

15/06/2025: Abbiamo scelto il Ristoro del Colle per festeggiare le nostre nozze d’argento, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva, sia dal punto di vista gastronomico che di accoglienza da parte del personale e del proprietario, sempre disponibili e professionali. Locale molto curato. Consigliato sia per banchetti che per cene intime.
