06/04/2026: I visited Docking 9 for a midweek lunch, and the atmosphere was truly perfect: just a few tables occupied, relaxing silence, and that sense of calm that lets you savor every moment, ideal for both a lunch for two and a leisurely meeting. As soon as you enter, you almost feel like you're stepping aboard: wood everywhere, nautical details, and large windows overlooking the sailboats docked on the Tiber. The light that enters is soft, reflecting on the water... creating an intimate atmosphere, with sparkling reflections moving throughout the room. The menu is entirely dedicated to the seafood. We started with the freshest Gillardeau oysters, followed by delicate sea bass sashimi on a bed of crispy puntarelli. The steamed octopus was tender, warm, and slightly moist. The star of this restaurant is the fish soup: it arrived steaming hot, thick, and filling. Each spoonful was rich and enveloping, with so many different types of fish. A dish that warms and satisfies you on its own. To finish, a chocolate brownie with a soft, intense center, perfect for leaving a sweet, deep note at the end of lunch. A place to slow down and let yourself be carried away... just like being on a boat, but with the right dish in front of you.

21/01/2026: The ideal place to celebrate an important event. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on November 17th and it was a fantastic party. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, the food was delicious, and the staff were all very kind and professional. Matteo was exceptional, DJ Mattia was brilliant, and the entertainer Alessandro was excellent. The young people had a great time, and the adults even more so... Thank you again for everything!! 25/04/2026: I live in the area... I've been going to the osteria regularly for 15 years... with satisfaction... The change of management has brought the same prices with smaller selections and portions... we were there last night (April 24, 2026) and came home super hungry... a real shame because the place is pleasant... I'll give you an example... before the new management... I could order a charcuterie board that included... local cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta... now it's three separate dishes... Was it too much before and too little now? I don't know... but these things are short-lived and create image... we'll be back to buy the wine, which is always good and locally sourced.

We booked online for 12:30, arrived at that time, and while other customers who arrived after us were seated, we remained waiting. After 40 minutes, we asked the staff and they seated us. The service was confusing, but the food was good. The tasting menu included bruschetta, which they only brought after our request, not to mention the side dish (which was listed on the reservation) that never arrived. Before starting the meal, they didn't even explain what we were getting. The location is very beautiful, but unfortunately the service could be greatly improved. Furthermore, during the wine tasting, they served us a bubbly to start that had clearly been open for a while. I don't recommend it.

20/04/2026: Just got married in Borgo in April and it was the most magical few days of our lives. Everything from the staff, the food, the drinks, the location- everything was perfection. The staff go above and beyond and all our guests are still talking about it. The wedding team; Cristina, Mariya, Gizem and Stefania are absolutely incredible at their job. Nothing was too much of an ask and they were so amazing to deal with. We had 6 children attend the wedding and there were babysitters onsite which all the parents really appreciated. The 3 day celebration is so well organised and the borgo team make sure everyone is well looked after. If you are thinking of having your wedding at borgo I would 100 percent go for it- I was even trying to convince some of my own family and friends to get married there just so I could experience it all over again 🤣 5 stars across the board ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
