Now, the whole "sloppiness" thing is fine. I just want to say that the place was spotless and the quality of the food was excellent. Danilo was very friendly and a truly nice person. He welcomed us and treated us with kid gloves until the end of the service. I'll definitely be back.

We celebrated a birthday with 20 people. The quality/price ratio is excellent, considering they serve excellent meat. Danilo was very friendly and helpful, as was the entire staff, who were knowledgeable and professional. It was a very enjoyable evening and an experience I highly recommend.

For the first time at Danilo's, the staff was exceptional and welcoming, the appetizers fantastic, the pasta dishes made with handmade pasta, and the meat was truly top-quality, "like butter." Danilo was super friendly and professional.

15/04/2026: I cannot rate this place highly enough. After three trips to Rome, this is my favorite restaurant we have eaten at. The owner and staff were personable and generous. Food was incredible. We ordered grilled octopus and carbonara. Both were spectacular. The octopus in particular was delicious. If we were here longer, we would come back again without a doubt!

07/10/2025: This restaurant deserves more exposure! On our last day of our trip, we were looking for something to eat near our Airbnb and found MANGIO, and it was a wonderful way to end our trip on a high note. We received EXCELLENT service from Antônio and Anika, both very kind and with a wonderful energy. We were impressed by their professionalism and charisma. This alone says a lot about the place and significantly changes the restaurant experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and pasta dishes, and everything was wonderful, tasty, and in good quantities. It was a great experience. Thank you, Antônio and Anika.
13/09/2025: Antonio is such a great guy, he recommended us a nice wine and we ordered some amazing things, some of the best food I've had in Rome. Thank you so much Antonio and Mangio.
