We had an Italian appetizer, the cured meats were very good, but I recommend accompanying them with something other than olives and artichokes placed in the center of the plate, perhaps a couple of bruschettas would be better.
The steak and pasta were exceptional, an applause because they arrived at the same time. Service a little slow at the end but all in all a very positive experience.
We would like to return for the pizza they make in the wood oven, only in the evening.

02/03/2024: A place where you feel at home, very nice and above all the cuisine is homemade... the food is good both as it is presented with the colors and smells that truly remind you of grandmother and tradition... the cooking is excellent on everything. .. this evening we had a mixed starter, a gricia, a mega pork butcher pizza, beans and Mexican sausage, a side dish and desserts... oh to drink, a water and a coca-cola for a total of 50 euros. ...it's worth it...a really nice meal

24/03/2024: Too bad there aren't more than 5 stars! Immediate welcome upon arrival, super friendly and very knowledgeable waitress. We ate some bruschetta with Romanesco flavours, fried aubergine meatballs, an amazing gricia, a splendid spaghetti with courgettes, baked potatoes that I tell you to do and super sweets at the end (tiramisu wow! Nutella cheesecake double wow! And the Pavlova that you can't find anywhere!) Simply fantastic experience, we will be back to try other dishes

03/02/2024: Recently had dinner with my wife.
Ordered appetizers of mixed bruschetta and Ascoli olives, capricciosa pizza and a scampi cream risotto, tiramisu.
On average everything was tasty except for the rather bland bruschetta sauces.
Courteous and professional service.
I count perhaps a little above average given the presence of the covered item.

For us it was the first experience after the Ciak of our dear and legendary Fabio😘
and honestly, for the first time at Nuovo Ciak it must be said that our Ciak Burgers that were brought to us were good and also with chips on the side and were very punctual in delivery, perhaps also because it was on a Tuesday,
However, good sandwiches and the products seemed to be equally good.
Slightly a little higher in price in my opinion and I hope the boss listens to us, but still in my opinion it's worth it.
Of course now we will try the pizza, the fried food and the pinsa

25/02/2024: Ingiustificate le recensioni positive. Ordiniamo polipetti che arrivano freddi (quindi non preparati al momento), dopo circa 45 min finalmente arriva il resto dall'antipasto (pesce non fresco). Abbiamo ordinato il polpo rossicciato che arriva anche questo freddo (assurdo) e grigliata con pescato del giorno e arriva un'oretta d'allevamento (100 euro al kg) fatta in umido. In sintesi, il personale non è preparato, i prezzi si riferiscono ad un altro livello di ristorante, la materia prima è da dimenticare. Unica nota positiva il dolce, ottimo!

23/03/2024: buonasera,stasera dopo aver consumato uno dei vostri gelati in famiglia,assiagiandolo abbiamo notato che la panna era molto acida e i gusti di gelato non avevano sapore ma sanno di acqua.Il mio stomaco chiede pietà e ricontrollate la panna scaduta, grazie e buon proseguimento di serata

Il ristoratore,persona gentile,su richiesta del cliente,nel momento della prenotazione,da la possibilità ai clienti ,di posizionarsi vicini al grande televisore,anche per vedere le partite di calcio.
