02/04/2024: A "certainty" in the varied world of catering: always wide and original choice, superlative quality of each course, excellent service and lots and lots of refinement and good taste in the spectacular setting of the Roman castles!
16/03/2024: Very classic but at the same time elegant environment, also suitable for ceremonies and parties! Reachable by everyone! We got married here! But every time it's always a pleasure to come back!

06/04/2024: Very well looked after place, but at the same time not excessively formal.
Bright and welcoming environment, quality food; I gave 3 stars to the service because, although there weren't many of us in the room, the dishes arrived at a distance from each other with a really long wait time.
Furthermore, an hour passed before we could eat the ordered pizza. Maybe because it was Easter Monday? I want to give the benefit of the doubt...the staff is however attentive and precise.
Apart from this, very good pizza dough, even the wholemeal one and desserts with original combinations: I recommend the pistachio semifreddo with mango on top!
Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere, but the value for money is good.
The internal parking is excellent and the view you can enjoy is beautiful (in summer obviously).

03/04/2024: We went yesterday with my family and a couple of friends!
I had the pasta with fantastic pistachio cream!!
My husband had the steak very soft and succulent!
And the others the pizza, very full and tasty!!
The environment is intimate, the staff is very courteous and Stefano is the heart of the place because he welcomes you, explains to you and makes you feel at home!
At the end they give a small envelope with the discount to use next time!!
We will return and recommend to everyone!!!

04/04/2024: Suggestive and rustic location immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani. A few km from Rome it can be reached along the Via dei Laghi. From the large and structured garden, if the day is clear, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of Lake Albano Laziale in the distance.

Upon entering we are attracted by several vintage kitchen objects and furniture and by a fridge displaying quantities of enormous steaks.
The plan that is sometimes set is beautiful...
Menu with a choice of first courses, meat and pinsa, accompanied by beer and a variety of wines.
The dishes were good, but the wait was really too long!
Courteous and professional staff.
Better to book.
02/04/2024: Beautiful place and excellent service, and I must say that up to the starters they also convinced me. Unfortunately the first DISASTROUS ones. Raw amatriciana sauce with the stewed bacon in the middle and the pasta evidently pre-cooked and therefore not uniform, a similar problem for the risotto with porcini mushrooms which had very little risotto but more closely resembled a combination of white rice and a preparation with freeze-dried porcini mushrooms. Ragu acceptable although once again a little behind in cooking. White lasagna OK, go. Finally Gnocchi completely ruined and floury, inedible. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt because it was Easter Monday and therefore the place was a bit crowded, but I think that if you have to work badly it's better to stay closed, as days like this bring reviews of this type and MAYBE and I mean MAYBE in general you could don't deserve them. For the rest, the guys in the room and also the room itself were impeccable and this should be rewarded.

06/04/2024: Everything is good, everything is nice, a tasty menu and fantastic chefs. I would see it again just a little. The service is always ready to take away your plate even though there is food inside. For the rest, an excellent restaurant.

24/03/2024: We celebrated my daughter's first birthday in this restaurant, what can I say... I recommend it! The very nice owner and his very sweet collaborator also won over my little girl! I appreciated the fact that as soon as we sat down we were served a nice (and good) variety of appetizers including cold cuts, cheeses, beans, omelettes etc. Next we chose two different first courses: pappardelle with sauce with sausage and ribs (which in practice were both a first course and a second course) and a second pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. The two first courses were served on two large plates and then distributed independently. We were all already full as it was, but a couple of daredevils also took the meat, cooked on the grill directly in the fireplace (yes, there is also a wonderful fireplace!!) very good! To finish, coffee and our cake which we also ate together whilst chatting! I would like to add at the end of my review that I also appreciated the location, a warm, rustic environment that made me feel a bit like at home! the price is also excellent, which I would say doesn't hurt!

La gentilezza di Ida e Andrea, la location elegante e accogliente, la qualità della cucina e delle materie prime..
La Parisiana è davvero un posto speciale sia per un momento intimo in famiglia che per un evento.

06/02/2024: Reunion con compagni di liceo,e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Tutto ottimo dagli antipasti ai primi a un tenero abbacchio allo scottadito con dei carciofi fritti uguali a quelli di casa.Sicuramente ci ritornerò e lo consiglio vivamente per la qualità delle materie prime,del posto accogliente e del servizio cortese.Prezzo giusto per la qualità.

05/08/2023: Panorama stupendo posto nel complesso spartano ma ospitale cibo di buona qualità e prezzi non molto esosi..
22/07/2023: Spartano a for poco ma proprio per questo genuino! Conduzione familiare con nonni, zia e nipoti, accoglienza calorosa, spontanea gentile. Senza prenotazione a pranzo di sabato ci hanno fatto comunque accomodare sotto il pergolato freschissimo e con una vista su Roma. Piatti rustici e genuini, singolari le trofie all’amatriciana, da ricordi d’infanzia le tagliatelle al sugo di galletti. Buone le carni alla brace a vista, sfizioso l’antipasto di affetttati e ortaggi, ottime le ciambelline al vino. Prezzo modico.
