24/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for carbonara on a Monday evening in the Riano area, and discovered a special place. Manuel and his mother welcomed us with a rare warmth, making us feel right at home. It was like stepping back in time, to lunches at my grandmother's when I was little. Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, and authentic, unfiltered local cuisine. We spent very little for what we ate. A tip: order the pasta, because it's handmade fresh every day by the lady. Amazing. If you'd like, I can make a shorter or more "premium" version in the style of your restaurants.

08/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful discovery! I'll definitely be back. I dined here for the first time and was impressed. It's a welcoming place, ideal for lovers of good meat, with a history of success behind it. The service is impeccable: all the staff are kind, friendly, and attentive, like nothing else. They make you feel truly pampered. The dinner was fabulous: the tagliata au naturel (requested a little rare) was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. The fresh green beans and tomatoes were excellent, the bagged bread was delicious, and the house Montepulciano was exquisite, served by opening the bottle on the spot for my half-liter. The atmosphere was serene and the quality was top notch. Highly recommended!
