22/03/2026: The restaurant is very welcoming and located in a charming setting. A word of advice: reservations are a must. Parking requires a drive outside the village, but a pleasant 5-10 minute walk will easily get you there.
What we liked:
The atmosphere and service: The place is truly charming and well-kept. Special praise goes to the waitresses: excellent, friendly, and super helpful, they made us feel at ease right away.
The menu: Typical and very varied. We started with excellent mixed bruschetta.
Second courses and desserts: The pork cheek with mashed potatoes was exceptional, so tender (you could cut it with a breadstick!) and flavorful. The desserts also won us over: the tart was excellent, and the strawberries with mascarpone cream were delicious.
What could be improved:
First courses: We tried two types of pasta. The venison ragù was good, but the game flavor was somewhat overpowered by the overly strong soffritto (celery, carrot, and onion).
The bill and the "bread issue": The final price is slightly above the local average. The only downside was finding out that bread is charged separately (€2 per portion) in addition to the cover charge. Having brought it twice, we found it added to our bill. It's an unusual choice that we weren't expecting and that clashes a bit with the rest of the experience.
In summary: Quality cuisine and fantastic staff, but be careful with the details on the bill, which can be a bit excessive.
15/03/2026: A simple place with excellent quality local products. Excellent service, very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent ingredients, including organic wines. Off-menu seasonal dishes and signature dishes. Definitely worth a try.

31/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, run by hard-working, capable, and very friendly people. Not everything, but I find the prices slightly above average. It's worth noting that the food is high-quality, especially the meat. Without compromising the quality, I hope and recommend that this aspect can improve. I understand the times we live in, but the prices should be more in line with a rural setting. The interior, though somewhat dark, is very charming and quaint. It's definitely worth the experience. I recommend anyone passing through or looking for a peaceful day to try it and leave your review.
24/03/2026: The organization of our wedding was top-notch. Excellent, top-quality food and impeccable service, with special thanks to our waiter Pietro. The kindness, courtesy, and professionalism of the owners and all the staff were top-notch. Nothing more to add, PERFECT.

09/04/2026: A quaint restaurant that recently changed management but has lived up to expectations; in fact, it also offers seafood dishes. Friendly and welcoming staff. A quaint venue, reasonably priced.
05/04/2026: Under new management, we had a wonderful time on Easter Sunday. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the staff were very attentive to customer needs. Thank you.

Agriturismo Galluzzi

08/04/2025: Sono stato a mangiare presso l'Agriturismo Galluzzi il 6 aprile 2025 con mia figlia di 10 anni, mia moglie e la sua famiglia, per un totale di 6 persone.
In disparte la location, assai modesta e spoglia ma almeno immersa nella natura, dobbiamo nostro malgrado evidenziare una qualità del cibo molto scadente.
Tralasciando il gusto delle pietanze e la loro presentazione (nei due piatti di patate al forno abbiamo persino trovato due capelli), finito il pranzo, tutti i commensali hanno cominciato a sentirsi male: bruciori di stomaco, nausea, diarrea e febbricola.
Abbiamo quindi chiamato il gestore il giorno dopo solo al fine di segnalare l'accaduto, senza chiedere il rimborso di quanto pagato o minacciare azioni legali, e, invece di ricevere delle scuse, ci è stato detto, in maniera peraltro non proprio garbata, che ci eravamo sentiti male solo noi e che gli altri ospiti si sarebbero invece complimentati; ad avviso dei gestori, quindi, si sarebbe trattato di un virus o di una allergia.
Di fronte a tali argomenti assai fantasiosi e improbabili - (nessuno di noi ha infatti allergie alimentari; è biologicamente implausibile che un virus colpisca sei persone nello stesso momento, che peraltro questa mattina stanno già bene; abbiamo sentito altri commensali lamentarsi della qualità del cibo e chiedersi come fossero possibili le buone recensioni ottenute dalla struttura) - mi sento in dovere di scrivere questa recensione affinchè altri ospiti non corrano lo stesso rischio.
Sono un avvocato e non ho certo tempo da perdere nella mia vita, ma di fronte a simili comportamenti (non mi era mai accaduto tutto ciò, eppure pranzo spesso fuori, anche dall'Italia), in mancanza diqualsivoglia scusa o empatia da parte dei gestori, trovo doveroso mettere in guardia i malcapitati.
