02/07/2026: Stopped in for a lunch on a random Wednesday. What an amazing surprise. The chef is welcoming, and the space is super intimate and nice. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place. If you're near you should stop in.

06/02/2026: A great place! The burgers are really amazing, you can rarely find burgers this good (and a bonus, they have vegan options, so everyone can come)! The staff is really friendly, the service is also very fast. Literally no complains!

11/08/2026: Eating in the cool summer air in the beautiful little square where the restaurant is located, with all the lights and umbrellas, is truly, truly lovely. The only drawback is that you have to climb a series of stairs to get there, and for those with children or a stroller, it's not exactly comfortable. The food is good quality, nothing that took my breath away, but it's what you'd expect from a "reputable" Roman fraschetta like this. We had three appetizers: coratella (good), Ascoli olives with porchetta (good, very tasty), and focaccia with figs and prosciutto (good if it weren't for the pre-cooked focaccia), and then a dish each: carbonara and breaded lamb. It's a shame that some of my lamb was raw, but they were kind enough to take it off the bill. Drinks included two bottles of water and two glasses of wine for an average of just over €30 per person. The service was fast and all the staff were friendly. I'll definitely be back.

04/07/2026: We celebrated my son's eighteenth birthday here, and I couldn't have made a better choice! It was an absolutely perfect evening from start to finish. ​The location is elegant, modern, and perfect for events like this. ​The menu was excellent! A wide selection, but above all, gourmet dishes from true chefs! ​The staff was impeccable, always smiling and super available to accommodate our every request throughout the evening. The real turning point came when cutting the cake by the pool. The fireworks display was simply unique: a choreography of lights and colors that left all the guests speechless. Special thanks to Gilda for helping me choose every single detail, and to Stefano for the most beautiful fireworks I've ever seen! ​If you're looking for the perfect place that will remain etched in everyone's memory, this restaurant is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

08/08/2026: A restaurant that breaks the mold of its traditional definition. Some come for aperitifs, some for dinner, and some for an after-dinner drink, including herbal teas and conversation. I loved it. We dined outside on the lovely terrace, which offers a beautiful view and a decidedly refreshing breeze. The food is excellent and well-prepared. The staff is exceptionally kind. They are polite and always smiling. It's a pleasure. What can I say, a truly pleasant experience, one worth repeating. Well done. The only small flaw is that if you happen to be sitting at a table directly under the speakers, it becomes a bit difficult to communicate. This flaw, however, is overcome by the kind staff, who turned down the volume at our request.

02/08/2026: We had a wonderful time here! The terrace is magnificent, with breathtaking views and a stunning sunset over Rome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with statues and rustic decorations. As for the food, the pasta (a generous carbonara) was excellent, and the Aperol Spritz was perfectly balanced. The service was friendly and attentive. Very good value for money. We'll definitely be back!

14/08/2026: First time. Family evening. Exceptional meat, slightly hesitant service—they're young, but attentive without being intrusive. You're in the historic center of Frascati, and that alone... and there's plenty of parking (although paid) nearby. Fair price. The menu features some truly interesting items (and I'm Roman). Highly recommended!

19/03/2026: Walking through Piazza San Rocco, we noticed this incredible historic shop with a very inviting little door. We sat down and were immediately greeted warmly by Luca, the owner. From there on, we were spoiled by the dishes, starting with the appetizer, continuing with the first and second courses, and concluding with incredible desserts. The wine list also lives up to the food, especially with a carefully selected selection of local wines; the Genovese di pecora is highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

26/07/2026: Average. I wasn't familiar with this place, and, enticed by the positive reviews, I booked for dinner with friends. The exterior of the restaurant is nice, tucked away from the bustling center of Frascati. The owner is kind but, honestly, too impetuous. We hadn't even sat down before he was already asking if we wanted an appetizer or drinks, and basically gave us half a second to choose what we wanted, and everything was already at the table, including a terrible house wine. I didn't like the fact that there was no menu, that we didn't know the prices of what we were eating. The service was slow and a bit confusing, not to mention chaotic. The food isn't bad; the carbonara was good, as were my straccetti. The side dishes, on the other hand, seemed good, but they were reheated, and the baked potatoes looked like they'd been reheated in a pan with oil. From a place like this, I expect a decent bill, but instead we spent €60 per couple for: - 2 house appetizers (the plate was large, but only one) - 1 first course, 3 second courses, and 4 side dishes - desserts: homemade cookies and a Grandma's cake straight from the box. Let's just say I wouldn't go back.

10/04/2026: Il Torchio in Frascati is a guarantee: superb cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and impeccable service. Carefully crafted dishes, authentic flavors, and a wine selection that enhances every bite. A restaurant that combines tradition and uncompromising quality. Must try, must love, must recommend. The peanut ice cream is superb.

27/07/2026: I went to lunch today at a nearby restaurant. You could smell the smell of biscuits in an alleyway and there was this oven inside. Spectacular biscuits. I had wine donuts and delicious tozzetti. I highly recommend it. I'll be back soon....
