31/01/2026: We ordered two pans of lactose-free pizza and paid €67. I understand the extra charge for the lactose-free option, but it's truly excessive. It tastes good, but you can't charge €33 for a pan of pizza, especially since the flavors weren't particularly special: crostini, margherita, boscaiola, and diavola...sorry, we won't be back.

04/03/2026: Highly overpriced bruschetta for what it was. My pour of wine was about 2oz smaller than the Italian lady’s next to me. I didn’t get a tremendous sense that they love tourists there.
01/03/2026: A truly exquisitely well-kept venue, with an extensive wine cellar to choose from, numerous wines by the glass, all from amazing wineries, and reasonable prices for the quality. The food is truly excellent, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Definitely worth a try! I recommend the patanegra platter, it was exceptional.

20/03/2026: I came to this restaurant because I wanted to try Saltimbocca, a Roman specialty. There's a friendly guy named Salvatore who greets you warmly in Japanese and says "Oishii" (delicious). His recommended salad was exquisite, and the stretchy cheese was fantastic. Of course, the Saltimbocca was also superb. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also great, making it a very comfortable place to be.

05/03/2026: Kindness, courtesy, and so much goodness! The pizza, pasta dishes, and meat dishes are delicious. Try them...and try them again. I go back often, and sometimes the new dishes on the daily menu are spectacular.

18/03/2026: Starting with the service and the food, this is an excellent place for a special occasion. They serve Argentinian-style barbecue with the ever-present empanadas, and in my opinion, the chicken one is the best. They also have a grill with different cuts of meat and chorizo, and a nice slice of pudding with dulce de leche to finish, though a little hard for my personal taste. 🍮 They have a small shop selling yerba mate, dulce de leche, cookies, and alfajores.

23/12/2025: A small place but big on flavors—the ancient, local, humble ones—that express the soul of old Vibo Valentia cuisine brought to Rome and that make you feel at home. My mother's cooking. Meatballs or eggplant, water and flour fritters, a delight. Monte Poro cheeses, Tropea onions, nduja, the one truly from Spilinga. Capicollo and soppressata. Many other delicacies that I list in Italian, but in this place, in addition to the flavors, you'll find the typical dialect names. Wash it all down with an excellent Cirò and you'll emerge three meters above the sky. If you want a pizza, they've got that too, with excellent beer. You can eat in, take away, or have it delivered. Aperitif, lunch, or dinner—your choice. You can also buy excellent typical products from small local artisanal businesses. The kind and competent staff can tell you about a world of ancient and humble but very substantial flavours.

08/03/2026: I discovered this place yesterday for a dinner for two. For meat lovers, it's the best! The quality of the meat, which is also home-grown, is very high. There's a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The wine list is very good. The portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and accompanies you throughout the dinner. We were greeted with a very tasty entree from the chef, and after dinner we were offered liqueurs and dry pastries. I will definitely be back! Congratulations!
19/02/2026: Discovered by chance, this place was a real surprise. Just steps from the EUR district, nestled in the Roman countryside, this farm and agriturismo offers a welcoming experience and quality food. In addition to the calves, cats of all colors and sizes, who live alongside the foxes in the surrounding area, will welcome you in the large parking lot. The entire dining room staff, as well as the grill and kitchen staff, are truly hospitable, helpful, and attentive, ready to provide details and advice on the various menu items. The welcome appetizer (pictured) is delicious, and the homemade bread is fragrant. The quality of the ingredients, predominantly local and artisanal, is excellent. Various cuts and types of meat are available, all excellent, although not cheap. A simple setting, likely converted from an old stable, is also suitable for families with children and groups. A quiet, quality break.

The pizza and the semifreddo were both delicious. The value for money was also outstanding. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!
14/02/2026: We celebrated my sister's graduation at this pizzeria, and it was a perfect choice! Fantastic place, a pleasant and refined atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally kind! The owner is a true host: always available, attentive, and always smiling. Delicious pizzas, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. The spaghetti with clams, ordered by the kids, was also exceptional. A truly positive experience in every way. Highly recommended!

09/03/2026: I've known this restaurant for years and have always frequented it for its excellent first courses and, above all, for its high-quality Italian meat. It's always been one of those places where you can't go wrong. Yesterday, however, I discovered something new that really surprised me: about five months ago, a dedicated pizza room opened, called Il Forno, a new project I'd heard about through word of mouth and finally decided to try. The pizza was a real revelation. The dough is well-hydrated, light, and, above all, very digestible. It's not your typical Neapolitan pizza—as the master pizza chef passionately explained—but an interesting blend of Neapolitan and Roman traditions, resulting in a truly balanced result. Another strong point is the raw materials, with top-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. I also really appreciated the service: courteous, attentive, and helpful, with explanations of the products and pairings that make the customer feel welcomed and involved. A truly successful innovation that brings high-quality pizza to the area and is definitely worth trying.
28/02/2026: The welcome is exceptional, the staff courteous and professional, the restaurant is an old, historic farmhouse, discreetly maintained, very clean, with a large open kitchen, and excellent quality meat, pasta dishes, and side dishes. They have a large outdoor area with tables and chairs and high tables with stools, exposed to the sun, and a beautiful view.

11/03/2026: Lunch with my mom: we order a bottle of water, two appetizers, then I order a first course, and my mom orders a tagliata, which she asks for well done. We add porcini mushrooms later. The appetizers arrive, my first course arrives, and the porcini mushrooms arrive too. There's no sign of the tagliata I ordered ahead of time and at the same time as the rest of the dish. I finish my first course. We ask for the tagliata and they tell us it's on its way, but it doesn't. The mushrooms are also out of stock. I ask for an explanation, and they tell us the delay is because we asked for it well done (!!!). I point out that since we ordered it with my first course, experienced restaurateurs should know the cooking times for a well done tagliata, as well as knowing that diners should be served together. Instead, the rudeness outweighs the experience, and the owner invites me to go to McDonald's. At that point, I forgo the imaginary tagliata and ask for the bill. They bring me a bill marked up by 15 euros for fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, as phantom as the tagliata because I never ordered it. I ask for a correction and they bring me another bill for 50 euros with the same advance ticket printed earlier. I ask for the receipt and pay my bill, which is exactly 48 euros (even the 2 euro markup!). Rude and unfair! At this point, McDonald's is definitely better!
11/03/2026: Every time I return to Italy...my first stop is them!! Unique Maglialino!!
