30/03/2025: Nice trattoria, good food apart from the tasteless tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms... A negative note is the half portion of tagliatelle at 7.30 when the full portion costs 8.50. It tastes like a little tease. Good wine and normal service. I recommend printing menus because it is difficult to remember the dishes listed orally and above all the final prices are not known

Excellent and strategic location for those who want to go to Rome or Lake Bracciano and its villages. Rich breakfast and restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended

Open since 1974 and initially managed by his father Jair, today it is in the hands of his son Ettore, who has inherited all his father's passion and qualities in maintaining a high level of cuisine and hospitality. I had the pleasure of frequenting it in the past, during my long period as a former Alitalia employee, and today, returning, I found the same family atmosphere and the unmistakable flavor of the dishes as always. The quality of the food has remained excellent, with fresh ingredients, carefully prepared dishes and particular attention to tradition. The menu offers a variety of sea and land dishes, always well presented and with an authentic taste. Another strong point is the excellent quality-price ratio, with modest prices that allow you to enjoy a high-quality lunch or dinner without spending a fortune. The service is friendly and professional, and the family management can be felt in every detail, making the experience even more pleasant. 30/03/2025: Trovato per puro caso questo punto di ristoro prima di raggiungere i musei vaticani. La location è molto accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Tempi di attesa quasi inesistenti, menù variegato e prezzo nella media. Abbiamo assaggiato una carbonara rivisitata al tartufo accompagnata da un bello spritz! Staff preparato e sempre a disposizione della clientela. Lo consiglierei caldamente e ci ritornerei senz’altro con Ciccio Filardi (a lui piace tantissimo la carbonara con il tartufo!).

29/03/2025: A restaurant near St. Peter's Basilica. The inside of the store was chic, spacious, and clean, and it felt lively during lunch time! There are many types of menu! The staff was friendly and the food and drinks were served quickly. It's within walking distance to Vatican City, so I highly recommend it!

24/03/2025: Excellent fish, nice location, the only flaw is that they don't bring you the menu and you are advised by them what to eat when perhaps you wanted something else but not having the menu at hand you order something else

30/03/2025: Piatti gustosi, porzioni soddisfacenti, locale carino, personale gentile, prezzo corretto. Si puo’ dire che tutto funziona benissimo. Da riprovare se torneremo a Monte Compatri e sicuramente da consigliare!

24/03/2025: Best suppli I had in Rome. Multiple variations/flavours as well. There was a lineup before they even opened which was a great sign to begin with; paired with the quick, friendly service, i made this place a daily spot to stop for a snack.

23/03/2025: The supplì were good, the space a bit small. The only flaw was the mozzarella in carrozza, think about it and in our opinion the mozzarella was too thick and didn't manage to melt

17/03/2025: Upon entering for a coffee, I was immediately amazed by the beautiful floor mosaic with subjects from the Roman-era Villa in Piazza Armerina. The coffee with ricotta is gorgeous. I find out that Mr. Di Noto present there is an expert ice cream maker and pastry chef. I finally found a very high quality Sicilian place, there are also arancini and delicatessen. I will return for arancino/a and granita with Tusa sea water or simply with lemon.

29/03/2025: Amazing place. We were there 4/7 days in Rome. Pasta is to die for. And service is amazing. Definitely coming next time we’re in Rome.
