12/04/2025: Cena gradevole e bella atmosfera interna. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media locale. Due primi (mezze maniche con funghi e capperi) veramente delicati e gustosi, due carciofi alla giudia ben preparati ed un dolce della casa veramente buono, meritano do sicuro un buon giudizio ed il merito di essere consigliato.

09/04/2025: A place of rediscovered senses where it is not what you eat that stays with you but rather what you don't eat that pushes you to return. A continuous reinvention that intrigues the palate to try every type of dish. The possibility of an ever-changing culinary journey. From land products to sea products (which in a place like Frascati, which makes carnivorous tradition its strong point, is truly unimaginable, also considering the quality). Moving from the famous Roman pinsa that few people now work with, rich in refined ingredients and very digestible, to a large cellar of white wines based on Malvasia; up to the desserts reinvented by the chef himself who does an incredible job on the balance of flavours. And which we can find for example in a Nutella cheesecake with pistachio grains and without the presence of cheese. All tremendously tasty but never too intrusive. It's practically the realm of everything and for everyone. It is also indecently clean. Something not to be underestimated. Because where there is cleanliness, in my opinion and from my personal experience, there is respect and dedication for the customer. Everything lit in white, so as not to have to hide dirty corners as happens in dark rooms. If we add to all this a very good quality/price ratio, it is the restaurant/trattoria you absolutely must visit if you are passing through Frascati. Highly recommended. Also for the polite and fast service of all the staff.

29/03/2025: Given that I don't write many reviews, but this restaurant deserves them, so today I want to tell you about my very pleasant eating experience. The place is welcoming without great pretensions, attentive, friendly and non-invasive staff. And so far everything is normal. Very clean, it can be seen from the fact that the bathroom smells good and the toilet has no limescale in the bowl, why this observation? Because if the kitchen gives me a lot it is certainly like the bathroom. But let's get to the TOP part: eating. The crispy fried foods, fresh oil is certainly changed every day because I went twice and it was always like this. The pizza is stuffed to perfection with high quality products but you can't beat the crunchiness and digestibility! I'm a stickler and a pain in the ass, I notice little things that others consider superficial..... listen to me.... try it and you won't regret it. Oh I forgot....the desserts are vast and delicious

23/03/2025: Una certezza che secondo me conoscono ancora in pochi, soprattutto nelle zone limitrofe Ci hanno sempre mangiato i miei e continuiamo ad andarci tutti volentieri e a consigliarlo agli amici Scelta della materia prima molto accurata e in particolare la lavorazione della carne è molto consapevole, viene valorizzata al massimo Consiglio in particolare la cottura su pietra, particolarissima da trovare

04/02/2025: Simply SPECIAL place, EXCELLENT service, EXCELLENT food quality. The accuracy with which they prepare their dishes is unique. I've been going to eat there for years, I've always found everything perfect, I've brought lots of friends, and I've never made a bad impression. For me they are a guarantee ❤️ The price is related to the quality of the food. If you want to taste appetizers, first courses, with exceptional second courses and side dishes It's the right place!

10/04/2025: My favorite meal in Rome! It was 30 minutes walk in the opposite direction for me but it was sooo worth it. The bruschetta was very flavorful and perfectly toasted. I hate creamy sauces but the cacio e pepe was packedddd with flavor-I couldn’t resist. The tomatoes in spaghetti pomodoro were so fresh! The chocolate mousse was the best thing i’ve ever had-I returned later that night just to get more. Madly in love with this restaurant!!

06/04/2025: Right from the entrance this place captures you with all its magic... a place out of time where every space is full of objects that tell things... the owner, Carla, very nice... at the end of the evening it seemed like we had known each other all our lives... the food was excellent, delicious... I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it... the price is in line with what is offered, perhaps a little above the norm but it's worth it... go!

06/04/2025: I agree with other three star reviews. Most notably, it did not seem at all like a local establishment and the food was just okay compared to other options.

04/04/2025: Not bad but definitely not worth the high rating. Tiramisu was awful - mainly cream that had just been put on top of unsoaked biscuits. Carbonara was good but prawn pasta was very thick and not great.

10/04/2025: Seriously great pizza, we had the mozzarella and the potatoes and rosemary slice. Also great value for money. Service was quite quick but at peak time they could do with one extra member of staff on the counter. It's not really a place of atmosphere but the square outside is a better place to eat your slice or the nearby Piazza Navona.

09/04/2025: Very good Roman style pizza by the slice. Lots of different toppings available and reasonable priced. Only down side is we didn't see much space inside to sit so we had it for take away and perched on a wall outside.

23/03/2025: Very well-kept and bright place, welcoming and bright. The complete opposite of the service and treatment reserved, the food up until the moment the slice arrived at the table had been all in all sufficient but from a steakhouse/grill I expect impeccable meat. It arrived already cold, maybe eight seconds after the end of our appetizer and when we pointed this out we were also treated with condescension. We asked to have it reheated but it arrived even harder than before and still lukewarm. At the time of payment we politely pointed out our dissatisfaction and the response was: "none of the other customers complained". No discount, no apology, no admission of error, neither the owner nor the chef came to exchange a few words with us. Stunned we left and we certainly won't be returning.

03/04/2025: A little "spartan" restaurant but well run and organised. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent cuisine especially for the quality of the ingredients used. The capable and friendly Chef showed up at the table to find out how it had gone. Appreciable. I will come back for sure.

17/03/2025: I had the opportunity to try this restaurant a few weeks ago for dinner with my husband. I must say excellent from the point of view of the quality of the food and the menu offered. Good service, I recommend a little more training to the waiters, who in any case were very good. The environment is delightful but there are too many tables, but fortunately the seats are very comfortable. The excessive number of tables is sometimes counterproductive for the customer who wants to have a quiet chat with his fellow diners at the restaurant. But these are only constructive suggestions, you are absolutely excellent in the quality of the food and the menu proposed. Thank you
