07/09/2025: Excellent menu. Delicious food. Unfortunately, the place is old and run-down. It needs a complete overhaul. Purple curtains separating the rooms and plastic windows make the atmosphere truly questionable. The service also leaves much to be desired. Kudos to the price, however.

03/09/2025: We went for lunch on August 15th. I enjoyed the appetizer and sorbet. The gnocchi in scampi cream and mixed fried fish were nothing like the ones served on other days, which were better and cheaper.

31/08/2025: With a pleasant surprise for a social lunch I discovered that the Le Papere restaurant on Lake Bracciano is one of the best restaurants... it offers very fresh fish, excellent first courses and fried dishes with exceptional lake smelt... the owner Marco personally shows up in the dining room putting his face to it recommending dishes of the day... kind and professional staff... I highly recommend it

07/09/2025: Celiacs are welcome!! Everything was truly delicious, starting with the clam sauté, a real treat! The clams were so delicious, so plentiful, and not a grain of sand. The baby octopus with Luciana sauce was, needless to say, delicious, all accompanied by a superb gluten-free focaccia. We then had the octopus with creamed potatoes and bacon, delicious, perfectly cooked, and incredibly tender. The gluten-free pizzas, with burrata and cherry tomatoes, and the other pescatora were exceptional. A super positive experience, and the staff, Mario and Danila, were incredibly kind. They gave us excellent advice, were helpful, precise, very polite, and always had a smile! Francesco and Matteo

05/09/2025: Portions are quite small, tasty but not overwhelming. Service is friendly and offers water at the start. Nevertheless, we're glad we were there.

06/09/2025: Everything is delicious, really. The large pizza is generously portioned and for 11 euros, the service is fantastic, and the desserts are delicious too. 10/10. There are few places like this in Rome.

12/09/2025: A welcoming restaurant on the small square in Cesano, the place is very charming, with outdoor seating. We had a very pleasant evening. I ordered a very tender Polish beef tomahawk, but it was a shame because it was over-salted, which ruined it. The battered fried porcini mushrooms and arrosticini were also excellent. Good value (T-bone steaks and tomahawk steaks cost about €4/100g). I recommend this restaurant, but I suggest paying attention to the saltiness when ordering to avoid unpleasant surprises like I did.

10/07/2025: I often passed this place and was very intrigued. I tried it with friends and we were thrilled. Beautiful place, good food, and excellent wine. A wide variety of wines and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be back.

07/09/2025: Two days ago, my daughter got married, and we had the reception at La Foresta restaurant. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, the attentiveness of the waiters, and especially the food! Everything was delicious, and the food was excellent. I'd like to thank all the staff for their kindness. I highly recommend it.

08/06/2025: Small place, very welcoming discovered thanks to my daughter. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Andrea and his staff, struck by the friendliness in displaying his dishes. The place is small 5/6 tables I think a maximum of 20 people and is located in Torraccia. We had a mixed appetizer, which included a platter of very good cold cuts and cheeses, some special ricottas that I must say were exquisite and other delicacies in the photos you see the various first and second courses all good and exquisite. Finally he recommended a new entry, a dessert made by Him. Congratulations we will be back soon I promise. Good luck

21/06/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Casa Capone and I must say that the experience was excellent from every point of view. The place was packed but despite the crowding, the service was surprisingly efficient and impeccable. A special praise goes to Anna, a girl who was able to manage the room with extraordinary professionalism. Always smiling, attentive and fast, she was able to meet every need with elegance and confidence. It is rare to find someone so prepared in the restaurant industry, especially in such intense situations. In short, Casa Capone is not only good food and a beautiful atmosphere, but also a high level of service. I will definitely be back!

10/06/2025: Casa Capone has been a guarantee for years now, superlative staff, impeccable cleanliness and order and excellent food from appetizer to dessert. However, one evening for health reasons I ordered a focaccia with only zucchini, and the disappointment was great when they presented me with a really poor dish, on the focaccia so few zucchini that I put them all on one side and ate only two slices. The same problem happened to an acquaintance of mine with the pizza friarielli and sausage, the friarielli non-existent. Lately the pizza has really been too thin to the point that the toppings pierce the dough, you have to eat it with a fork because otherwise everything falls off! It doesn't stay up! I hope I was just unlucky more than once because in any case I think it's one of the best places I know.

07/10/2025: It's always been on my Roman food bucket list, so loved by the locals, and finally we're booking in too. We're experiencing this simple journey, characterized by quality and refinement.

04/10/2025: I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The first courses were cooked quite well, and the quality of the ingredients seemed very good. However, the kindness and friendliness of the staff is my most vivid memory.

14/09/2025: I had dinner here with two friends, and they offered a pro-level menu because I'm both celiac and pregnant. They were very accommodating to my needs, even going beyond what was necessary to be considered excellent service, and the food was all delicious. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious: the pizzas are succulent, both the dough and the topping, which are expertly distributed to allow the flavors of each ingredient to shine through. The traditional dishes are also delicious! In short, a must-try if you're in the area! We look forward to returning on a future visit 🙏🥰
