05/11/2025: The staff is courteous and attentive, the dishes are exquisite and very original, and excellent value for money. I can only give it 5 stars! I would just like to suggest a small improvement: the lighting is quite bright for a restaurant and may be uncomfortable for those with certain eye conditions. This isn't a criticism, but a sincere recommendation, in the hope of returning soon. Otherwise, highly recommended!

04/11/2025: Trattoria specializing in offal, though there are also many other delicious choices on the menu. Service and advice on food and wine choices were excellent. Prices were correct. A bit away from the city center, but definitely worth the trip!

19/11/2025: Bad experience! Reheated food! We ordered stuffed pasta and risotto, the rice was hard and I saw the cook taking the pasta out of a plastic container. What a shame.

19/10/2025: We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, with high expectations that were fully met. For starters, we ordered wagyu beef carpaccio with porcini mushrooms, brisa carpaccio with limoncello mayonnaise, and bruschetta with meatballs in tomato sauce. All delicious, and the carpaccios exceeded expectations. For the main course, we ordered two sirloin steaks, one Piedmontese Fassona and one Prussian (per the owner's recommendation), about 800 grams of meat (keep in mind that sirloin steaks require at least 400 grams). They were also delicious. The side dish of broccoli and porcini mushrooms was truly remarkable. We paired everything with Barbera wine. We finished with two desserts (tiramisu and cheesecake), which were good but average compared to the rest of the menu. The service was very courteous and helpful. Total price was €160, a substantial amount but still consistent with the quality and sophistication.

16/09/2025: An oasis of healthy choices in a sea of farina! Nice to stop by for a salad and fresh pressed juice on the way to the Borghese. I had the Hellas special which was excellent. My companions had the Cesare and a Japanese inspired tuna bowl both of which seemed a bit off - the tuna for example was a strange dried ball. I think we would prefer fresh chunks of real tuna! The Cesare looked quite strange too. Not great reviews from my friends but my choice was excellent and as a tourist it is not easy to find good fresh healthy meals so bonus for that!

04/11/2025: The food was ok, but portions and price did not match well. We had the antipasto misto, which only had commercial mozzarella in it; the rest of it was ok. Pastas were good, but overall the price of almost €50 per head with just one dish each and wine was too much. The service was great and friendly, location also nice.

27/08/2025: We were invited to dinner at this place we didn't know. A friend invited us to a nice, well-decorated place, but we weren't thrilled with the dishes, from the mussel sauté, which consisted of various types and sizes of mussels, all flavorless, to the spaghetti with clams, which were actually clams (at the price of clams...) and had a bit of sand in them. They were half closed, and at a certain point they left the pasta unseasoned. It was a shame because it was al dente and creamy enough. My husband's fried fish was well-breaded and dry, but undercooked and lacked crunchiness. The parmigiana, with too much mozzarella, didn't convince our friend. The service from the owner, who seated us and took our orders, was rather basic and lacking in empathy, while the waitress was more present and interested in our enjoyment. In short, all things considered, we were not very satisfied, unfortunately.

18/10/2025: I frequented it several times, both pre- and post-COVID. It seems to be recovering now, but it used to be better. The menu has been expanded, from pizza only to some Roman dishes. The aperitif glass of white wine is no longer available. The staff is friendly and attentive, although there were a few delays the last time, but nothing major. The pizza is good, as is the quality of the fried foods. Prices are reasonable. Parking is difficult.

12/10/2025: Near Villa Pia and many other hospitals in the Monteverde and Trastevere area. Off the daily menu (TODAY PASTA AND FACIOLI!!) Lunch and dinner 10 euros. Authentic Roman neighborhood osteria and pizzeria!!!
